GGuest UserDas Zimmer war groß, so dass wir es ausbreiten konnten, aber es gab nur 3 kleine Drachen, die unsere Sachen in. Sie könnten einen höheren/breiteren Kleider mit mehr Drachen in für mehr Speicheroptionen. Es gab eine Hüfte über dem Tauch im Badezimmer, so dass wir dort eine Extraspeicher hatten, die groß war. Es gab nur einen Hüfte für alle unsere Handtücher, nicht bequem, wenn man versucht, mehrfache Handtücher zu trocknen. Wasserdruck war groß. Einige der Mitarbeiter waren wirklich nett, einige schienen, als ob wir sie störten. Das Frühstückspersonal war erstaunlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war am besten ok. Wir mussten das Geschäftszentrum nutzen und es gab einen Stein auf der Wand. Ich sagte dem Vordertafel und sie scheinen sich nicht besorgt darüber zu sein.

GGuest UserHier ist der Skoop Auf der positiven Seite sind die Zimmer groß, die Lage ist sehr gut, vor allem für die Old Dominion University, und das Frühstück ist in Ordnung mit ein paar guten heißen Auswahl. Die Dusche war auch anständig. Auf der negativen Seite sind die Zimmer und Möbel gelaufen, das Luftkon und Heizungssystem ist alt, laut und so gelegen, dass die meisten der Luft zwischen dem Vorhang und dem Fenster bläst (nach dem Laufen der ganzen Nacht in einer Einstellung von 70, unser Zimmer nur auf 78 fallen). Die Zimmer sind nur bedienbar, wenn Sie eine spezielle Anfrage stellen (obwohl Sie nichts davon sagen, bis Sie fragen, warum das Zimmer nicht besucht wurde). Nach zwei Nächten kam jemand endlich ins Bett und machte unser Bett, gab saubere Handtücher und tat nichts anderes. Auf unserem Halle gab es eine Reihe von Zimmern mit Müll außerhalb der Tür, wo es für mehr als 18 Stunden warten auf das ”Reinigung” Personal. Nicht sehr attraktiv, da Sie zu Ihrem Zimmer gehen. Auch bei der Eincheckung oder im Zimmer gab es keine geschrieben Informationen über das Hotel. Es ist auch hilfreich, das Internet-Passwort, wie man ein unfamiliäres TV aufgestellt, und die Stunden für Frühstück, das Grill-Restaurant, den Pool usw. kennen.

GGuest UserIch bin gerade von einem 7-Nacht-Unterkunft für Geschäftsreisen zurückgekehrt. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten und Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Ich habe im letzten Jahr mehrmals in diesem Hotel geblieben und die Betten sind immer großartig. Das Front Desk-Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und es gibt einen schönen Fitnessraum. Ich möchte Breeze für ihren gedankenvollen und effizienten Kundenservice jeden Morgen beim Frühstück danken. Als ich am letzten Tag meine Kreditkarte im Restaurant verließ, lief sie 2 Treppenflugs auf, um mich zu fangen, so dass ich nicht ohne sie gehen würde. Danke noch einmal!

The front desk associate was highly rude to my family and I, upon getting to the front desk he gave us a head nod for us to proceed to the desk ( not professional at all) We did not get a hey how are you, welcome to the Sheraton none of that!!! The response that we got from the associate was” this is how I talk to everyone” If this is the case then the front desk is not where he should be working at all. However, there was a young man Tyquorie I think that is his name that works at the front desk he was very sweet when I went back to the front desk to ask for assistance. 2. We get upstairs to our room and I instantly pull back the sheets and there is hair in the beds and the mattress pads are dirty. To put the icing on the cake the corner of the mattress was disgusting... I did not want my children nor myself and girlfriend laying in that, but all the surrounding hotels were sold out and we were there celebrating my moms birthday. When I approached the housekeepers he got upset with me because I asked for clean bed linens and her response to me was ”I just cleaned the room and she was not gonna change the sheets” this made me even more upset than I already was. The housekeeping supervisor (Kenneth) he was awesome, I showed him what I was talking about and he attempted to get me straight. 3. The room had a 32 inch television that sat in the corner of the dresser 4. When we got into the room we only had 1 wash clothe ( it was 4 of us in that room) I went down too the front desk and asked for 3 towels and 4 wash clothes (at 6 pm) and we never received them. I then called at 7:30 and asked again and did not receive them, the third time I called I was told that they could not give me what i was asking for. Then at 9:30 someone knocked on our door with linens. I work at a hotel and no one should be treated like this at all!! It was really sad honestly. I most likely will be contacting corporate office about this because I know all hotels have a standard and I am pretty sure that this is not acceptable at all. I expected so much more from the Sheraton on the water in Norfolk VA!!!! The sad thing about it is that I was hoping to have a great experience. We did not at all!! Not even worth $243.00 per night

Had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Marriott. Jermaine and Lauren did an exceptional job of valet. Making sure my vehicle was taken care of . They made sure my vehicle was moved in a timely manner. They made sure to open my door so I could put my luggage within my vehicle

GGuest UserThe staff at this property are all great!! Especially Terri she’s absolutely amazing and nice to my husband and I. She’s always so welcoming. We stay here every other week for business trips and she’s always so kind. Rooms are clean dishes are left inside dish washer. Only thing is that the hallway smells of smoke in different parts of the building but other then that everything great!

I come to this hotel often. And it NEVER disappoints. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. One of the biggest reasons we continue to visit this location is Debra Berry!!!. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Attention to detail (she remembered I use extra sheets, they were in the room waiting), kindness, and over all a big heart. I feel safe at this hotel. Even when I had an unfortunate medical event, she checked on me because she knew I was there alone with my nephew. I hold her as part of our Norfolk family. Debra needs a raise!!!. Thank you Wyndham and Mrs Debra *especially *. She truly is special. Hold on to her, and never let go.
