Ich habe das Gefühl, dass es sehr gut ist, die Sicherheit ist die wichtigste Attraktion von Bogotá. Ich kann einen Tag nach dem Spielen mit einem Auto zurückkehren und die Sicherheit umgeben ist, dass alle hochwertigen Menschen arbeiten.

Despues de varios dias hospedado puedo decir que el Hotel Casa Dann Carlton de Bogota entiende muy bien al viajero ejecutivo. No es un hotel que busque impresionar con lujos exagerados sino con algo mucho mas dificil de lograr consistencia. Todo funciona. Las habitaciones son amplias comodas silenciosas y muy limpias. La cama invita a dormir y descansar de verdad. Un detalle que para mi pesa muchisimo es que tienen aire acondicionado. En Bogota hay un gentio de hoteles que se escudan en que la ciudad es fria y no lo ponen pero despues te toca dormir encerrado sin ventilacion sin poder controlar la temperatura y con la habitacion cargada. Aqui no. Aqui regulas el clima a tu gusto y duermes como debe ser. Ademas el aislamiento del ruido es excelente. A pesar de estar en una ciudad tan activa el hotel es sorprendentemente silencioso y eso hace una diferencia enorme cuando vienes por trabajo o simplemente quieres descansar. El desayuno merece una mencion aparte. Muy completo con frutas frescas huevos preparados al momento panaderia jugos quesos embutidos cafe de muy buena calidad opciones tipicas colombianas y suficiente variedad para desayunar diferente cada manana. De esos desayunos donde practicamente desayunas y almuerzas al mismo tiempo. El personal mantiene un nivel muy profesional. Siempre atentos pero sin invadir tu espacio. Desde recepcion hasta el restaurante se nota entrenamiento buena actitud y ganas de ayudar. El spa y la zona humeda son un plus enorme. Piscina climatizada jacuzzi turco sauna y espacios muy bien cuidados. Despues de un dia de reuniones o caminando por Bogota literalmente te resetean el cuerpo. Muy pocos hoteles mantienen tan bien sus instalaciones humedas. La ubicacion tambien juega a favor. Estas cerca de restaurantes centros comerciales bancos y muchas zonas empresariales importantes de Bogota sin estar metido en el caos del centro. Algo que tambien me gusto mucho es la tranquilidad que transmite el hotel. No hay ruido excesivo no hay desorden no se siente saturado y todo invita a relajarse o concentrarse si vienes por negocios. Si tuviera que ponerle una critica seria que algunas habitaciones tienen vista hacia un patio interior y la decoracion conserva un estilo mas clasico que moderno. Pero sinceramente eso pasa a segundo plano cuando todo lo demas funciona tan bien. Mi calificacion personal seria. Habitacion 9.8 Limpieza 10 Desayuno 10 Spa piscina jacuzzi sauna y turco 10 Silencio y descanso 10 Servicio 9.8 Ubicacion 9.7 Relacion precio calidad 9.9 En resumen volveria sin pensarlo. Es de esos hoteles que entienden que el verdadero lujo no es llenar todo de marmol sino ofrecer una cama donde realmente descansas un excelente desayuno un spa completo habitaciones silenciosas aire acondicionado que puedes controlar y un servicio que hace que todo funcione. Para mi eso vale mucho mas que cualquier hotel lleno de apariencias.

Ich bin diesem Hotel gegenüber voreingenommen. Vor 28 Jahren absolvierte ich hier ein Praktikum und liebe das Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. Es ist nach wie vor sehr elegant und liegt in einer der besten Gegenden der Stadt. Der Service, das Zimmer, das Badezimmer – alles ist hervorragend. Besonders angetan bin ich vom Frühstücksbuffet mit seinen erstklassigen Speisen und der großen Auswahl an einheimischen kolumbianischen Früchten. Die Mitarbeiter (Edwin an der Rezeption, Don Pedro und Ana im Restaurant) sind überaus hilfsbereit und effizient. Ich werde bei jedem Besuch in Bogotá versuchen, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Vielen Dank!

First room was very dirty, floors not cleaned, shower did not drain, shower head sprayed everywhere and was not located per our request. Second room was better but overall maintenance in the rooms lacking. Toilet water connection leaking for some time, sink leaking, closet door did not function well, water damage throughout bathroom area. Staff overall were okay, restaurant staff were really good and we enjoyed the happy hour food and drinks. Location is excellent in terms of available restaurants and other serviced.

Die Junior Suite ist geräumig und modern. Das Bett ist komfortabel, und die Wasserfallsdusche hat einen großen Druck. Absolut empfehlen.

The place was very nice, clean room every day, restaurant staff was excellent, I had surgery and they took care of any request, very good stay, only thing missing is a bit of activities or an additional restaurant.

剛來的晚上，可能沒有空房，隨便安排了一間，但是沒有水，不過前台幫忙安排了熱水，有一個大堂經理很好，中國體質來這邊，怕冷了，小暖風扇給安排上，並且第二天給換了一個更好的房間。然後插排壞掉了，他們沒有辦法修好，拿了兩個插線台板，早餐也還可以，也有熱水。

Amazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.

A wonderful place to stay. 15 minutes taxi ride for the downtown area (staff will arrange a ride for you). The restaurant is first class, delicious and fresh ingredients. They also provide a few nice extras with your meal free of change. The rooms are clean and the bed is extraordinarily comfortable. But the best thing is the staff. warm and friendly and happy to help with any aspect of being in Habana. I can not recommend this place highly enough.

Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment. Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
