The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Inside, however, every modern amenity is thoughtfully integrated—plush bedding, a stunning rain shower, and elegant tech touches—creating a sanctuary of comfort that honors the past without sacrificing a single present-day pleasure. A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. Yet, what truly elevated our stay from exceptional to unforgettable was the service, personified by Jiajia. Her warm, attentive, and genuinely caring hospitality catered to our every need with a graceful efficiency and a radiant smile. She anticipated requests, offered wonderful local insights, and handled every detail with such personal care that we felt not just as guests, but as cherished friends. She is the heart and soul of the Clubhouse experience. The Silk Commerce Clubhouse is more than a place to sleep; it’s the perfect, tranquil base from which to fall in love with Wuzhen. Highly highly recommended!! Saw a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a try. Room was spacious and super clean, have everything we needed (they even have a pillow menu!!). Our 管家 was 小陈 and he was such a cheerful and helpful young gentleman! He waited for us right at where we alighted and guide us straight into the attraction site, their service allowed us to bypass all the hassle such as buying tickets and checking in luggages, which other tourists have to go through. 小陈 gave us a really detailed tour of the whole town the moment we arrived in our hotel, which we really appreciate. Both the dinner and breakfast were fantastic, dinner was well priced as well. The stay was not the cheapest but definitely one of the best experience during our trip!

Der Aufenthalt im Hen Yi Tang Inn hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen! Schon beim Betreten spürte man den aufmerksamen Service. Jeder Mitarbeiter war herzlich, zuvorkommend und erfüllte jeden Wunsch, was uns ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gab. Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight – alles frisch auf Bestellung zubereitet, exquisit und köstlich. Es übertraf jedes Hotel, in dem ich bisher übernachtet habe. Beim Check-out bekamen wir sogar einen aufmerksamen Herbstbirnenbalsam geschenkt; die Liebe zum Detail ist beeindruckend. Besonderer Dank geht an Nanxing für die gesamte Betreuung und Fürsorge, die unsere Reise besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Beim nächsten Besuch werde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten und habe es bereits meinen Freunden empfohlen! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hotel and its staff is amazing! So attentive to everything! We even had a butler who managed everything for us. Our butler “小静”was super attentive, even packed our breakfast the day we checked out so we can eat in the car. Luggage and everything all taken care for you. Location is perfect! Come out and step right into the water town. We have 2 young kids, so we would walk around the town and go back to the hotel to rest. Hotel room super clean, has everything we needed. Even a bathtub to bath the kids. Not many hotels in China has a bathtub! We even got a cot for our youngest. Love the drinking water tap as well, so don’t need to buy bottled water. Hotel even organised for us breakfast at “早茶客 “. So all food is for free. Would definitely come back here again!!! Highly highly recommend this place if you want to stay in the heart of WuZhen. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was by far our favourite hotel during our trip (and we stayed in 5 hotels, some double the price of this). Initially I was apprehensive as I didn't really like the style of the room and preferred something simpler and cleaner looking but everything was so well done and executed, it ended up being almost impossible to leave the room because it was just so incredibly cosy and comfortable! (be warned haha.). We even got upgraded to a much larger room despite staying just 1 night! The river view from the window at night was lovely and the breakfast was abundant as well! Though we would have preferred if it was served slower as most of our food got cold since they were all brought out almost at the same time LOL. Hotel also has a gorgeous garden and the overall place is gorgeous! I also saw various reviews about the butler Xiao Wei and thought it might have been one of those review us and mention our names to get a free gift thing that's popular these days but nope. Xiao Wei really was the pièce de résistance of this establishment and made our stay 100% even better than it was 🥹. He was friendly and approachable, kind and extremely sincere in every way - and his service was by far the best we've ever encountered in any hotel around the world. On the last day I found out that Wuzhen specializes in a specific Chrysanthemum tea but I couldn't seem to find it. I texted him asking if he knew which shops had it and he offered to bring me to a gift shop that was located at the exit. Instead, he surprised me with a bag of it when I texted him just 30 minutes before checking out. We'll definitely come back and stay at the Eden Club soon! In fact, it would likely be mainly because of Xiao Wei and how cared for we felt hahaha.

Ich bin mit Freunden ausgegangen und habe mich für das Pullman Hotel von AccorHotels entschieden. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Die Aussicht war sehr schön , vor allem die Rezeptionsleiterin Tina. Sehr freundlich, half sogar bei der Aufwertung des Zimmers und beantwortete Fragen sehr professionell. Der junge Mann Leo ergriff die Initiative und half mir, das Gepäck abzuholen und aufs Zimmer zu bringen. Er erinnerte mich auch daran, den Parkcode zu scannen, was sehr nett und rücksichtsvoll war. Zu diesem Preis ist es in einer Kleinstadt immer noch sehr kostengünstig.

Der Vorreiseleiter wird sich mit den verschiedenen Serviceanforderungen in der Paketreihe in Verbindung setzen ～ Von der Tür bis zum Rezeptor, und alle Hotelmitarbeiter sind enthusiastisch und freundlich und warm. Der Chef Xiao Xiao Xiaogang ist sehr sorgfältig und aufpassend. Ob alt oder jung vorsichtig ist. Nach dem Vergleich fühlt sich wirklich hier besser als Disneyland Hotelservice ～ Auch sehr ruhig und komfortabel und sehr entspannend. Das Hotel ist voller Designgefühl und unter Nachtlicht attraktiver. Es gibt überall private Ausstellungen, die besucht werden können, wie ein Museum, mit einem Wasserbad, einem Leseraum, einem Leseraum, überall können Sie detailliertes Zeug. Das Zimmer ist sauber und groß, das große Schlafzimmer ist komfortabeler, der Balkon ist sehr gut ～ Das Hotel hat auch eine große Farm, auf der anderen Seite hat eine scharfe Spezialstraße, und es ist sehr nah von der West-West-Gehstrecke entfernt. Ich habe meine Mutter mit nach Wuzhen genommen und mich für das Alila Hotel entschieden, weil meine Mutter gerne fotografiert und das Hotel und seine Umgebung daher gut als Check-in-Ort genutzt werden können. Es ist sehr fotogen. Machen Sie einfach ein Foto und es wird ein Kunstwerk sein. Das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist sehr begeistert. Der gesamte Prozess ist gut organisiert und leckeren Nachmittagstee, vielen Dank. Alle Artikel in der Minibar im Zimmer sind kostenlos und werden bei einer Verlängerung Ihres Aufenthalts wieder aufgefüllt. Darüber hinaus ist auch das Spa des Hotels sehr komfortabel und die Umgebung ist besser als in vielen Platin-Fünf-Sterne-Hotels! Es wird dringend empfohlen, hier zu übernachten, wenn Sie nach Wuzhen kommen.

Die Einrichtungen sind neu, sauber ist großartig, Frühstück ist gut! Der Service des Personals ist großartig, professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Liebe das. Der Puyuan Fashion Theme Park ist sicherlich der Besuch wert, wenn Sie ein Erstling, der eine Erfahrung der alten Jiangnan Landschaft zu erleben möchten. Es ist ein neu gestaltet Themepark mit alten Stadt als Grundlage. Aber alles ist da, besonders wenn Sie nicht sicher, was zu erwarten ist, ist das, wo Sie beginnen können. Die Landschaft und Erfahrung ist großartig. Ich hatte eine Fotoshoot-Erfahrung mit Han Kostüme in Yun-Xiang Kostüme Shop, aka Pu Yuan Yi Jin. Die Fotos sind großartig! Das Team ist großartig! Liebe es! Aber würde vorschlagen, nicht während des Wochenendes zu besuchen, weil der ganze Park ist beschäftigt, einschließlich der Fotoshoot-Shops re super besetzt. 房間沒有窗沒有窗沒有窗～介意的別住 到了才知道 原來他和那個四季什麼的是一家 住在温泉 辦理入住 吃早餐都在四季 服務員態度都不好 問什麼他們第一反應都是沒有 不對 如：孩子能送份早餐嗎？不行！房間送2份温泉，孩子能免費進嗎？不行！自助早餐門口的服務員也一樣，問他有人沒起床，是否可以打包一份回房間吃，回答不行，沒有打包盒，自助早餐也無法打包！反正所有服務人員態度都很強硬，永遠都是不行！沒有！2天入住就在不停的拒絕我！
