We had a very good stay at the Silk Commerce Clubhouse and greatly enjoyed our time in Wuzhen. The property is set slightly away from the busiest areas, which makes it peaceful and quiet. The quality of the clubhouse is exceptional—easily among the finest hotels I have stayed in worldwide. The architecture and design are a genuine work of art, spread across canals and connected by bridges. Rooms are extremely spacious, facilities are beautiful, and service is impeccable. The lounge is especially pleasant for tea or quiet activities. The included canal boat cruise and silk-related cultural activities (weaving, dyeing, appliqué) were highlights. There are, however, two notable drawbacks. First, during winter the central climate system is locked to heating and cannot be adjusted per room. Our room was uncomfortably warm (around 24–25 °C), and the only solution was opening doors and windows to cool it manually. This is a significant comfort issue in an otherwise ultra-modern hotel. Second, due to low occupancy, breakfast was à la carte and exclusively Chinese. While well prepared, the lack of any Western breakfast options made it challenging for guests with simpler breakfast preferences. Despite these issues, this is a remarkable property and an outstanding experience overall.

Splendid Clubhouse is rated the topmost scenic hotel in Wuzhen, and guests are allocated a butler to assist on arrival at the ancient water town's tourist centre. Our butler was JiaJia, a very attentive lady who got in touch with us on WeChat even before our arrival. She coordinated with our precious hotel to ensure we wouldn't get lost after reaching Wuzhen's tourist entrance. We were brought to our hotel on a traditional river boat. Along the way we had our breath taken away by awesome views we could only once imagine. The hotel occupies a building that was once home to a wealthy shipbuilder. His main hall is conserved as a showcase and photo site for hotel guests. There are quiet and shaded courtyards on hotel grounds for tea, rest, and reflection. I packed my family into a 2-bedroom unit that overlooks a public garden. I was told that this garden is covered in flowers in spring and summer. It is barren now in winter, but still pretty to me. We got to pre-order breakfast in the hotel, as well as a room fragrance (I picked rose!). Location is splendid. Many top food stalls and restaurants are just one either side of the hotel entrance, and one can easily get to all of Wuzhen's top sights on foot. Be sure to eat a meal at the hotel's restaurant, where the Osmanthus roasted duck is so delicious and memorable!

Butler Xiao Mu was extremely friendly. She took meticulous care of my family & I during the whole trip, making all of us feel very comfortable. She ensured that our bookings were correct, The room was clean & very spacious. When we came back at the end of the day, their were foot bath prepared for each of us. It was an amazing experience. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we’re coming back

Das Shengting ist die erste Wahl für den Aufenthalt in Wuzhen. Es ist ein ruhiges und friedliches Hotel mit herzlichen Butlern, die sich um alles kümmern, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise – super bequem und stressfrei. Es ist auch ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da es sich mitten im Zentrum des Touristenviertels befindet. Wenn man müde ist, kann man einfach ins Hotel zurückkehren und sich ausruhen. Sobald man wieder Energie getankt hat, kann man direkt wieder losziehen und weiter erkunden. Morgens kann man früh aufstehen und Wuzhen erleben, bevor die Massen kommen. Zum Frühstück empfehle ich die saure Kraut-Nudelsuppe mit Schweinefleischstreifen. Das „Early Tea Guest“ Frühstück ist relativ ölig, daher ist das Hotelfrühstück besser. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich wieder das Shengting wählen.

Die Entscheidung, für meinen Aufenthalt im Yiyuan Boutique Hotel im westlichen Teil des Wuzhen-Nationalparks während des Theaterfestivals zu übernachten, war goldrichtig! Schon beim Betreten des Hotels war ich von der eleganten und ruhigen Atmosphäre, die den Charme Jiangnans widerspiegelte, sofort begeistert und fühlte mich rundum wohl. Das Hotel war friedlich und makellos sauber, mit weicher und frischer Bettwäsche – ein rundum komfortabler Aufenthalt. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt meiner persönlichen Butlerdame Hongqin! Von der geduldigen Beantwortung all meiner Fragen vor dem Check-in bis hin zur sorgfältigen Planung meines Aufenthalts – sie informierte mich sogar über den Spielplan des Theaterfestivals und gab mir Restaurantempfehlungen im Park. Sie kümmerte sich stets umgehend um meine Anliegen und war unglaublich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Mein Aufenthalt war fantastisch, und ich werde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Wuzhen bin!

Ich bin mit Freunden ausgegangen und habe mich für das Pullman Hotel von AccorHotels entschieden. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Die Aussicht war sehr schön , vor allem die Rezeptionsleiterin Tina. Sehr freundlich, half sogar bei der Aufwertung des Zimmers und beantwortete Fragen sehr professionell. Der junge Mann Leo ergriff die Initiative und half mir, das Gepäck abzuholen und aufs Zimmer zu bringen. Er erinnerte mich auch daran, den Parkcode zu scannen, was sehr nett und rücksichtsvoll war. Zu diesem Preis ist es in einer Kleinstadt immer noch sehr kostengünstig.

We had an amazing stay at Naera. We stayed in a few different hotels during our visit to Shanghai and this was by far the best. Room was large with a huge bathtub and a closet and packed with all the amenities we needed, including LOTS of bottled water, including Evian, fruits, snacks, bath supplies, a Dyson hairdryer, stationery for the kids including a magnifying glass, etc etc. The back hotel is also linked to a modern (gentrified) part of the water town with cool pop up booths and shops. It’s also a short walk to one of the entrances to the Ancient Xitang town. Staff were also warm and nice. We also went to the Organic farm but was let down by the drizzle = not much activities for the little one. Only downside I can think of is that the menus / maps provided etc are all in Mandarin and playroom, while clean and large, was totally packed and chaotic. Would love to be back.

Ich habe meine Mutter mit nach Wuzhen genommen und mich für das Alila Hotel entschieden, weil meine Mutter gerne fotografiert und das Hotel und seine Umgebung daher gut als Check-in-Ort genutzt werden können. Es ist sehr fotogen. Machen Sie einfach ein Foto und es wird ein Kunstwerk sein. Das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist sehr begeistert. Der gesamte Prozess ist gut organisiert und leckeren Nachmittagstee, vielen Dank. Alle Artikel in der Minibar im Zimmer sind kostenlos und werden bei einer Verlängerung Ihres Aufenthalts wieder aufgefüllt. Darüber hinaus ist auch das Spa des Hotels sehr komfortabel und die Umgebung ist besser als in vielen Platin-Fünf-Sterne-Hotels! Es wird dringend empfohlen, hier zu übernachten, wenn Sie nach Wuzhen kommen.

The facilities are new, cleanliness is great, breakfast is good! The service of staff is great, professional, polite and helpful! Love this. The Puyuan Fashion Theme Park definitely worths the visit if you are a beginny who wish to have an experience the ancient Jiangnan scenery for the first time. It is a redesigned theme park with ancient town as basis. But everything is there especially if you re not sure what to expect, this is where you can start from. The scenery and experience is great. I had a photoshoot experience with Han costumes in Yun-Xiang Costume Shop, aka Pu Yuan Yi Jin. The photos are great! The team is great ! Love it! But would suggest to visit not during weekend because the whole park is busy, including the photoshoot shops re super busy. Make your appointment and planning.

房間沒有窗沒有窗沒有窗～介意的別住 到了才知道 原來他和那個四季什麼的是一家 住在温泉 辦理入住 吃早餐都在四季 服務員態度都不好 問什麼他們第一反應都是沒有 不對 如：孩子能送份早餐嗎？不行！房間送2份温泉，孩子能免費進嗎？不行！自助早餐門口的服務員也一樣，問他有人沒起床，是否可以打包一份回房間吃，回答不行，沒有打包盒，自助早餐也無法打包！反正所有服務人員態度都很強硬，永遠都是不行！沒有！2天入住就在不停的拒絕我！
