Our stay at the Silk Commerce Clubhouse in Wuzhen wasn’t just a hotel visit; it was an experience of sublime harmony. The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Inside, however, every modern amenity is thoughtfully integrated—plush bedding, a stunning rain shower, and elegant tech touches—creating a sanctuary of comfort that honors the past without sacrificing a single present-day pleasure. A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. Yet, what truly elevated our stay from exceptional to unforgettable was the service, personified by Jiajia. Sehr empfohlen!! Sie sah eine Menge gute Bewertungen und entschied, es einen Versuch zu geben. Zimmer war geräumig und super sauber, haben alles, was wir brauchen (sie haben sogar ein Pillow Menü!!). Unser Administrator war klein und er war so ein glücklicher und hilfsbereiter junger Gentleman! Er wartete auf uns gerade dort, wo wir auftraten und uns direkt in die Attraktionsstelle geführt, ihre Dienste erlaubten uns, alle Probleme wie den Kauf von Tickets und die Kontrolle von Gepäck, die andere Touristen durchgehen müssen, zu überwinden. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das ist sehr gut. Der Aufenthalt war nicht der günstigste, sondern sicherlich eine der besten Erfahrungen während unserer Reise!

This was by far our favourite hotel during our trip (and we stayed in 5 hotels, some double the price of this). Initially I was apprehensive as I didn't really like the style of the room and preferred something simpler and cleaner looking but everything was so well done and executed, it ended up being almost impossible to leave the room because it was just so incredibly cosy and comfortable! (be warned haha.). We even got upgraded to a much larger room despite staying just 1 night! The river view from the window at night was lovely and the breakfast was abundant as well! Though we would have preferred if it was served slower as most of our food got cold since they were all brought out almost at the same time LOL. Hotel also has a gorgeous garden and the overall place is gorgeous! I also saw various reviews about the butler Xiao Wei and thought it might have been one of those review us and mention our names to get a free gift thing that's popular these days but nope. Xiao Wei really was the pièce de résistance of this establishment and made our stay 100% even better than it was 🥹. He was friendly and approachable, kind and extremely sincere in every way - and his service was by far the best we've ever encountered in any hotel around the world. On the last day I found out that Wuzhen specializes in a specific Chrysanthemum tea but I couldn't seem to find it. I texted him asking if he knew which shops had it and he offered to bring me to a gift shop that was located at the exit. Instead, he surprised me with a bag of it when I texted him just 30 minutes before checking out. We'll definitely come back and stay at the Eden Club soon! In fact, it would likely be mainly because of Xiao Wei and how cared for we felt hahaha.

Mein Aufenthalt in Hualuxe war absolut wunderbar! Das Hotel selbst ist erstaunlich elegante, sauber und so komfortable. Aber was wirklich unsere Erfahrung besonders machte war Ruby auf dem Frontdesk. Sie war unglaublich warm, professionell, und ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles, was wir brauchten. Highly recommended for a relaxed, VIP experience in Wuzhen! We stayed for 1 night at the Wuzhen Club House (Sheng Ting) and had a great experience. 1. Cleanliness: Very good, especially considering it's a refurbished old heritage building with traditional wooden furniture. Everything was well-maintained and spotless. 2. Amenities & Food: The room amenities are basic for the same reason, but completely sufficient for a simple, comfortable stay. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise—quite a large spread of delicious local specialties. 3. Location: Fantastic. It sits right near the middle of the West Scenic Area (Xi Zha), making it the perfect base for exploring. The best part of staying inside the scenic area is that the late nights and early mornings are incredibly quiet, which is perfect for crowd-free photo taking. 4. Service: Absolutely outstanding, you really get VIP treatment. The hotel reached out to us before our stay to provide arrival info and set up a group chat to keep in touch. Our assigned housekeeper, Xiao Chen, met us right at the car drop-off point and guided us all the way to the hotel. He took care of everything—arranging our breakfast, ensuring our room was in order, and attending to our every need. He also gave us a great overview of the scenic area, recommended local food options, made restaurant reservations for us, and even walked us right to the departure point when we checked out. Highly recommend booking a stay here to experience Wuzhen at a relaxed pace with VIP treatment. It is especially great if you are traveling with kids, as you can easily return to the room multiple times throughout the day to rest and decompress.

Fantastische Zimmer. Sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Restaurants tun nicht gut für Vegans, aber sonst ist es gut. Service in der Paulaner Bar war langsam mit nur einem Server am Abend, den wir versucht haben. Es ist nicht billig, aber es ist sehr gut für das, was Sie erhalten. Ich habe zweimal geblieben und würde sicherlich wieder bleiben. Empfehlen, wenn Sie in der Nähe der Bahnhof sein wollen.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Die Grundausstattung ist vorhanden und die Einrichtung ist recht neu und alles war sehr sauber. Wir waren in Zimmer 216 untergebracht. Leider ließ sich die Badezimmertür nicht richtig schließen und rutschte immer wieder von selbst auf. Die Betten waren fest und konnten nicht verschoben werden. Da wir als Gruppe unterwegs waren und die Betten zum Schlafen gerne zusammengeschoben hätten, mussten wir die Matratzen bewegen. Zum Glück war der Spalt zwischen den beiden Betten nicht allzu groß. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, ein typisches Hotelbuffet. Die Auswahl war nicht riesig, aber ausreichend. Wegen der großen Hitze hielten wir es nicht für nötig, den lokalen Morgentee-Laden („Zaocha Ke“) auszuprobieren. Falls das Hotelfrühstück einmal überfüllt sein sollte, könnte man dort alternativ einfach etwas kaufen – die Preise sind vernünftig, zum Beispiel kostet ein Baozi nur 5 Yuan. **Wichtige Hinweise:** Die Matratze ist recht weich; wenn man sich auf den Rand setzt, sackt man unangenehm tief ein. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ging auf eine Wand, es gab also keine Aussicht. Das Hotel hat nur zwei Etagen und keinen Aufzug, aber das Personal hilft gerne mit dem Gepäck. Der Shuttlebus fährt nicht direkt bis zum Hoteleingang. Man muss am Xuchang Sojasaucengarten vorbeigehen und dann eine Brücke überqueren, um das Hotel zu erreichen. Man kann zwar einen Mitarbeiter bitten, beim Gepäck zu helfen, aber wir wussten das bei unserer Ankunft nicht und schleppten unser Gepäck mühsam hoch. Dies ist jedoch eine der günstigeren Zimmerkategorien in diesem Touristengebiet. Mit einem Preis von nur etwas über 1000 Yuan punktet es vor allem mit seinem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Service des Hotels ist insgesamt sehr gut.

We often come to the Hilton. It is well located, next to lots of good restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and superb views. The executive lounge on the 49th floor has free drinks during dinner with a calm business feeling. There is a 24hr gym, a clean swimming pool with a sauna. There’s also a delicious breakfast.

Das Zimmer war riesig und die Lage direkt am Wasser war etwas Besonderes. Wir hatten großes Glück, dass es in Wuzhen geschneit hat! Wir sind einen ganzen Tag lang herumgelaufen und haben viel von dem lokalen Street Food probiert. Es war super praktisch, dass uns das Gepäck direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde.
