AAnonymer BenutzerLovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt!
However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in.
The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!

IIzzaPizzaThoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

HHarmonickFor a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking.
The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it.
Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

SSunyiqing這家酒店簡直是我們的lucky酒店！我們在這裏結束了瑞士的悽風苦雨，終於看到了馬特洪峯！這家酒店自己本身也很棒，室內的佈置和設計，都很小巧思地用了馬特洪峯的元素，而且我們昨天晚上六七點才臨時預訂，前台小姐姐給我們升級了房型，房間好大，還帶一個大陽台，房間有免費的咖啡和茶，她們家的早餐也很棒，因為早上趕着去上山，都沒有拍照片，但早餐非常豐富，草莓、獼猴桃等各種新鮮水果，培根、烤腸等剛煎好的肉食，還有西蘭花、蘑菇等蔬菜，以及各種麪包，果汁牛奶，甚至是可以鮮榨橙汁，還可以去吧枱點一杯卡布奇諾，總之就是能吃的很滿足了！最最最棒的就是這家酒店還有接送服務，本來我們要拖着大箱子走十幾分鍾去火車站，小車車直接就送我們去啦，幾分鐘，超快就到了！我保證，下次來采爾馬特，絕對還住這家！

邓邓Ich bin während einer ausführlichen Tour durch die Schweiz nach Zermatt gekommen, das ist das beste Hotel in dieser Reihe!
Der Standort ist sehr leicht zu finden. Sobald Sie den Bahnhof verlassen, sehen Sie einen öffentlichen Bus mit einer Batterie. Nachdem Sie aus dem Bus ausgestiegen sind, können Sie zig Meter durch den Supermarkt laufen. Ich liebe die Anordnung des Gartenrasens auf den ersten Blick!
Die Oma an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und erzählt einem verständlich über das Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, mit weitem Blick aus dem Fenster. Das Zimmer hat auch eine Küche, die meisten Kochutensilien sind komplett.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück und komfortable Umgebung! Ich war hier für zwei Nächte und Freunde aller Größen werden einstimmig gelobt!
Insbesondere die Gastgeberfamilie des Hotels ist sehr nett und freundlich!
Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal die Gelegenheit habe!

Service at front counter is excellent! Courteous, friendly and informative. Also we got upgraded! Room is clean and spacious and has a balcony. On going renovation next door during our stay in Oct 2024.
Resort has 2 restaurant at the hotel but one apparently requires reservation and has seating time. We were famished when arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, but were told to come back at 830pm for second seating. Such a disappointment when the front counter service was excellent. Had dinner at the pub instead, food wasn’t too bad.
Spa facilities was great. Would stay at the same Ola e again. Value for money

GGastnutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist weit von der Bahnhof entfernt, aber die Umgebung und die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut. Im Gegenteil ist ein Garten. Die Nacht ist ruhig. Das Hotel liegt am Ufer. Wir werden tatsächlich im Negativgebäude untergebracht. Aber im ersten Stock ist die Aufenthaltszeit erforderlich. Wir müssen bis neun Uhr übernachten.
