Der Service ist einfach nicht zu ekelhaft! Ich ging zum Einchecken und musste eine Kaution von 100 Dollar hinterlegen. Ich habe nicht viel aufgepasst. Als ich die Karte durchzog, stellte ich fest, dass sie fast 500 US-Dollar eingezogen hatten. Ich fragte, ob mein Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt worden sei. Werde sich morgen zurückziehen! Es ist nicht so wichtig, ich sagte nur sehr hart, ist das nicht Ihr Problem? Sie sagte, ja ja, ich gebe dir einen Getränkegutschein! Es ist wirklich lustig. Ich will nicht sagen, sie hat es wahrscheinlich getäuscht. Dann gibt es kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Als ich eincheckte, sagte ich uns nicht, dass wir den Topf zum Aufzug bringen sollen. Wir dachten, es gäbe kein Wasser, also nahmen wir den Getränkegutschein und gingen zur Bar unten, um etwas zu trinken, aber als wir hörten, dass Sie den Getränkegutschein verwenden wollten, sagten wir, wir hätten geschlossen. Wir sagten, dass es kein Wasser im Zimmer gibt, also sagten wir uns, dass wir selbst Wasser holen sollten! Was noch irritierender ist, ist das Frühstück, wir haben Frühstück inklusive bestellt, weil es ein Einzelfrühstück ist, also kann eine Person nur ein Getränk und ein Frühstück bestellen! Ich fügte ein paar hundert Yuan mehr hinzu, nur zwei Stottern! Wenn Sie etwas anderes wollen, müssen Sie Geld hinzufügen! Ein Internet-Promi-Hotel ist ein Internet-Promi-Hotel, und es ist nutzlos, außer Fotos von ihnen zu machen! Glaube wirklich an das Böse und lebe hier! Das Frühstücksbuffet im W ist köstlich!

If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with world-class service and a truly welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend the Emporium Hotel highly enough. It’s an experience that exceeds expectations in every way.”

Beautifully clean, service was excellent. We had no problems with anything. The only thing I could possibly say that was negative would be the smell of the corridor to the rooms, but there was no smell in the rooms. We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment on our stay. Overall we were very happy.

Mein Sohn und ich waren für ein Theaterwochenende und etwas Shopping in Brisbane. Die Lage war fantastisch, ganz in der Nähe der Queens Street Mall. Die Sauberkeit unseres Hotels war hervorragend, nichts zu bemängeln. Das Personal war fantastisch und tat sein Bestes, um uns zufriedenzustellen. Das Einzige, was besser sein könnte, wären Wasserflaschen und mehr Annehmlichkeiten wie Zahnbürste, Rasierset, Cremetuben und möglicherweise eine Minibar. Auch das Übernachtungsmenü könnte verbessert werden.

Great location, easy to walk the city, close to train stations, fast wi-fi, clean. I had 1-bedroom apartments on the 20th floor. Stuff is friendly. Please note that there are construction works, sometimes even at night. But when you walk the sights whole day it’s not a big problem. At night here is a good soundproofing. Definitely can advise these apartments!

The room was great, clean, service excellent, they let is check in early (2 hours) and check out late (1 hour) at no extra cost. Love the layout of the room, very well thought out and balcony view was amazing.

A unique stay in Brisbane's historic heart We stayed in a Luxury One-Bedroom Apartment and were pleasantly surprised by how much it felt like a real apartment rather than a hotel room. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of room to relax. The hotel's biggest draw is its history. The building was once the World War II headquarters of General Douglas MacArthur, which gives the property a real sense of character that you simply don't get in a modern hotel. The location is excellent, right on the corner of Queen Street and Edward Street, above the Apple Store and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the Brisbane River. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was that the room's thermostat didn't seem to do much, and it was difficult to noticeably adjust the temperature. Aside from that, we had an enjoyable stay and would happily return, particularly for the spacious accommodation and the building's fascinating history.

Beim Frühstück kooperierten sie mit einem anderen Restaurant. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut und die Auswahl ist reichlich. Für die Unterbringung sind wir im 8. Stock, gerade noch rechtzeitig um die U-Bahn nach oben zu reparieren, es ist ziemlich laut.
