The Bowden Lodge

On our arrival we received a warm welcome from our host Jane into her impressive home. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything in them that you would require whilst you were staying there. Breakfast was plentiful and Jane was a very friendly and helpful host throughout our stay. Great location for all of Southports many attractions.

Excellent stay very nice hotel and family who run it friendly excellent location 5-10 min walk to centre , great breakfast and free parking . The room is well equipped with tv , shower , mini bar fridge , desk , hairdryer, fan , tea and coffee facilities. Very good night sleep and quiet is what you need .

Everything about Bowden Lodge is superb. Great welcome, great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Full marks mine host. And all at the right price. Close to all amenities in a great town to saunter through.

What a gem of a place spotlessly clean breakfast was faultless plenty to choose from jayne and Andy are the most welcoming couple you could ever wish to meet they can't do enough for you to make you feel at home if you are looking for somewhere to stay in southport don't hesitate to book bowden lodge simply brilliant all the very best to jayne and Andy.

This our 3rd visit to Bowden Lodge, as a family we cannot recommend it highly enough. This year we had my new grandson with us, we had my 2yr old and my 7month old. As usual the place was spotless, full of little touches that even a 5 star hotel would not think of. Mini bars in our rooms, little just in case boxes in the draws. Completely water and other little touches. Small bottles of fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfasts are amazing have every thing and everyone catered for. The rooms are all en suite, and spotless, light and comfortable and airy. Jane and Andy are amazing hosts, friendly and very welcoming. You really feel like you’re home from home. Thank you Jane and Andy for a lovely break away. As ever Bowden lodge never disappoints. The free parking is a bonus.

Probably the best B+B I have stayed in. All areas spotless, very friendly and helpful people running the business excellent breakfast ( the best hash browns I've tasted ) I can thoughely recommend this B+B.

Highly recommend! I was made to feel so welcome and thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a cosy single room. There were lots of thoughtful additional touches and breakfast was cooked to perfection. I don't usually sleep great when away but it was so peaceful here that I rested well.
