Situato in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla Circumvesuviana e dal centro. Stanza spaziosa, pulita, con un bellissimo terrazzo e decorazioni originali. Buona la colazione.

We were charged double for our three rooms at the hotel. The hotel acknowleged the mistake and promised to refund the money. Six moths later - no money and they won't even reply despite my daily calls and chats. This is the most dishonest and unexceptable behavior that I have ever experienced. I just want my money back. They won't even put me in touch with a manager. I would NOT recommend this hotel due to the dishonesty and unprofessional behavior that I have experieced. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL! AND STAY AWAY!

Fantastic modern hotel in a great location for sorrento. The room was massive and very stylish. The staff were lovely including a girl called Bianca. The breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to visit sorrento. Soo clean and tidy. Very very good Trip advisor is always bang on for good places.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, a few minutes walk away from the town centre and local transport hub. The staff are really helpful with Bianca giving all the appropriate advice. Maria cooks up wonderful breakfasts and her cakes are delicious! Bedroom is big, clean and light with views over their courtyard. There's a supermarket opposite which is handy and a couple of pizzerias closeby in case you don't feel like walking to the centre. Really hope we get to come back here.

The people who worked the front desk and cooked the breakfast each morning couldn't have been any nicer. The breakfast buffet had a ton of options and they would even cook you eggs upon request. The front desk staff was very helpful with making dinner reservations and booking tours. The restaurant was within walking distance to a lot of different restaurants and the main square. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Clean modern room. Nice tiles, adequate outlets, good lighting. Excellent front desk help. Breakfast was good, gal in the kitchen makes omelets and prepares the breakfast spread which was tasty and filling. We booked a ride ahead of time to get to Naples airport for 6am flight rather than spending last night in Naples and that went smoothly, driver was at the door for a 2:30 am pickup. By the way, airport doesn’t open til 3:30 am so we were a little early. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I don’t know where to start w this place. Before we even arrived from our 17 hours of travelling to naples they started to incessantly text us about our arrival time all day to the point where it totally disrupted our first day of travel. They rushed us all day long then threatened us w surcharges if we didn’t arrive by 830. So on no sleep we had to spend a fortune to get there only to be locked out w no way in. They couldn’t even leave us a key. The girls who work the desk are surly rude and of zero assistance although they sit there all day whenever u ask them for something they either tried to upsell us on something or didn’t help at all. We were locked into the property with no way out twice w no one responding to texts for help. Although their reception hours are till 830 I found myself locked in and out of the property in the afternoon w the girl on duty saying she was on a break. She wasn’t she was late leaving me and a new guest locked out w no way in at 430 in the day. When we asked for help she was rude and hostile though she didn’t show up for work on time. The rooms are a decent size but even the large class room more like a college dormitory and the bed was a slab w two sheets. Location is good and if ur ok w lousy service rude employees and dormitory living this is ur place

Our stay at Maison Kalea was absolutely awesome! We were greeted by Bianca and all of our needs were met. The breakfast, which was included in the price was excellent and homemade by the staff. There was an enormous selection to start your day. The B&B was decorated beautifully as well as our room. We enjoyed wine on our terrace every evening. So convenient to the main square, ports, restaurants and train station. All within a very short walking distance. I highly recommend Maison Kalea!!
