Unsafe , the staff are stilling professional
My two expensive shirts disappeared from the wardrobe and the manager didn’t get back to me with answer where are my shirts.
Very disappointed. I highly DONT recommend this hotel

What a shame that such a gorgeous hotel offered us no hospitality, no transparency, bad service (reception team) and left us with very negative emotions. We wouldn’t book again at this venue as it advertises itself as 5* but you have to pay extra to access all the typical, inclusive 5* amenities and facilities.
We were aware of the extra charge to access the swimming pool and spa (eur12pp as per **********) but then they told us this is the price for the pool only, and it’s triple the price if we wanted to add access to sauna and jacuzzi. When we showed them that we were given different price (36 eur for 2 people per day) for entire spa access on ********** and there is no different fee for different facilities, they said this is perhaps an error and we should have booked it online (obviously we didn’t need access to spa for each day of our stay but we expected to receive the price we saw online).
On another note, 1h before the check in we asked if the room was prepared for us, but the receptionist said he checked with his colleague and our room wouldn’t be ready before 3pm (check in time). When we asked whether we could pay to enter earlier, suddenly the room became available for eur20.
The coffee capsules were not replaced for our stay.
The Building itself is great: modern, clean, arty, Design, spacious Rooms - everything youd expect from a 5* hotel Building.
Location - almost central, a 10 min walk from The edge of The commercial boulevard.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are 50 sqm which is very nice. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a highlight. Will be visiting again when in Sofia.

Excellent hotel with good positioning. The restaurants are also very good quality. Especially Spectrum. I had small misunderstanding what is included in my reservation, nevertheless was fixed.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the heart of Sofia. It's a large hotel with multiple lift lobbies and large meeting/ event rooms everywhere. The private spa and gym accessible with a fee is world class with a range of equipment and experiences that would shame most hotel spas in northern Europe. NYE dinner at the Vienna Restaurant was very well planned..They even had a crèche for younger children with games and activities organised all evening in a room next to the restaurant. Thoughtful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Recommended, especially the spa. Only annoyance were the temperamental lifts and electronic room doors that didn't quite work. Overall, excellent stay. Recommended.
