DONT BOOK this place never!!! So dirty room, big liars booking one room from pics and they will give u different in basement 2m under street level, girls on reception dont want to help anything just simple thinks where is metro where is good food, Important book hotel and they give u room on another location and underground rooms in a building separate from the main hotel building (different street even ) DONT BOOK this place never!!!

The location is perfect for visiting Sofia, furthermore it is very close to Boulevard Vitosha, the main pedestrian street of the town, always crowded and full of shops. You can arrive easily by car and you can park inside (even though paid) in a garage reachable by a lift, not suitable for big vehicles. It is very hard to find parking in the street. No breakfast and dinner, but a lot of restaurants and coffee bars nearby. You can also prepare coffee and tea in your room. The staff is not very kind, but the reception is open 24 hours. We were on the top floor, the room and the bathroom were silent, large, bright and comfortable, but the room looked a bit neglected as the whole hotel. Price good for Sofia City.

Barely okay. Plus · The few things that were good were the location and the spacious rooms. Minus · House keeping: They just clean the room if you aren´t in it, they don´t even knock on the door to check first and when they do clean it they switch towels, give you new glasses and empty your trash bins. When I asked the reception, they answered that they don´t come back after 11 in the morning to see if you need house keeping. Room: The hairdryer worked for 10 sec. then it stops. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The towels are thin and worn out. The curtains are too thin so the light shines in the room in the morning. The bed is really hard, I got back pain sleeping in it. The wi-fi is very unstable. Overall, the staff is rude and not helpful except the cleaning lady. The only thing that saves this hotel is the location and the spacious rooms, nothing else. I don´t know why they get so good ratings, perhaps fake reviews.

The location of the hotel is very good, parallel to one of the main streets. Hotel itself is small, with 4 floors. They don't offer breakfast anymore after COVID, but there is a really really good brunch place "Boho" around the corner. Room was large and spacious, spacious. Cleanliness is okay, there is welcome water and instant coffee, tea and a few local candies. The only thing was the towels, which were really dirty (I think they were washed, but just with stains that have passed their time and won't come out). The hotel staff was also very okay and friendly.

Stayed as a couple in this hotel. Location is great, a one-minute walk to the Vitosha blvd, and many other central places. Rooms are spacious, well equipped. Furniture needs some maintenance, nothing major. Staff was very accommodating and cooperative.

Για τις τιμες που εχει δεν μειναμε ευχαριστημενοι...ζητησαμε ενα διπλο κρεββατι και πληρωσαμε με βαση αυτο,αλλα ειχε δυο μονα κολλημενα.. Το μονο καλο πως ειναι κεντρο..αλλα καλη τυχη να βρειτε να παρκαρετε αν δεν θελησετε στο δικο τους παρκινγκ...15€ το παρκινγκ για 24ωρες το οποιο ειναι εξτρα..και καλο ειναι να κοιταξετε αν εχουν διαθεσιμοτητα καθως ειναι μικρο και εχουν μονο περιορισμενο αριθμο θεσεων. Με τα ιδια χρηματα κ λιγοτερα βρησκαμε πολυ καλυτερα η αληθεια ειναι..

Sinceramente sono rimasto deluso in quanto la stanza non era pulita sufficientemente, struttura cmq vecchiotta. Una giornata hanno saltato le pulizie ,e questo è inammissibile nel 2023. La struttura è un po' isolata ma veramente a pochi passi dalla via principale. Il personale senza infamia e senza lode. Nn dispone di colazione. Rimandato peccato però....
