The staff were very friendly and polite, everything was clean and exactly what I expected. No hairdryer in the room but on enquiry one was available at reception. Excellent value for the money.

Jess on reception was very pleasant and informative. The room was clean and spacious but in need of updating.

Nice place, a little out the way but also convenient to get in and out if the area. Friendly staff.

Hotel has recently had flooding problems so not fully reopened .However the top floor rooms were still functioning. Staff helpful as always

Quite a basic hotel. But clean and funtional. The location is good for Sleaford and is surrounded by fast food outlets. The staff were polite and helpful there isn't much to the hotel so not much else to write home about.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left all the staff we spoke with were super helpful, friendly and chatty. Nothing was too much trouble for them so can’t be faulted. They went above and beyond what you would expect to make it a very pleasurable overnight stay A1 service.

You get what you pay for. The bed itself was fine, the room was absolutely fine. We only payed £32 plus a breakfast to go box each. Unfortunately we had room #1 which is right by the desk/main door and from about 8pm- midnight all we heard was people coming in and out. It was really noisy and the same in the early hours. So unfortunately sleep was poor. However, otherwise- it was perfectly acceptable

Had a great stay the staff were lovely and helpful and the rooms were clean. The room is spacious and quiet the staff are willing to help you with anything provided me with clean towels and emptied bins when needed. The bathroom was spotless and parking was free.

Once again, this is the friendliest hotel i have stayed in. Jess and the reception team are always smiling. The room is always clean and welcoming. Thank you to all of you and i hope you get hotel of the year again. Keep up the good work. Beds are comfortable

Stopped here when travelling with my two dogs. Received a warm, friendly welcome from the receptionist, Jess. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The corridor was quiet and my room looked out over fields. Only minus was that it was a bit tricky to park. The car park is small and shared - there are two takeaways, (one with a drive through), literally right outside the hotel entrance, and because I arrived on a Saturday evening, it was very busy; however, I did eventually get a space, and I could not hear the noise from outside when I was inside the building. Friendly and helpful male receptionist when I checked out. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff (Jess) very helpful and informative. We had thought a wheelchair accessible room had been booked, but the wasn’t the case, Jess was polite and sorted it swiftly. Nice environment and though it’s next to a busy road, it’s actually quite quiet and calm.

Staff ( Emma ) was very pleasant and helpful on our arrival. Rooms were clean and well presented. Very happy with our stay.

Friendly staff and happy to help with any issues that may arise. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money and I always stay in a Travelodge when traveling somewhere for a few days. This Travelodge has plenty of amenities around it to eat.

Kathi and the team where world. Class , 6 star service , value for money , plenty of Parking and shops . 110% recommend. Thank you for the six star service. We will Be back soon . I recommend visiting Heckington windmill micro brewery and Heckington . Windmill shop and butchers and Cafe . Regards H
