Mir hat mein Aufenthalt dort gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen, weil es nicht die Hauptsaison war. Die Betten sind 2 x 1,5 m groß, also passend für meine Familie (3 Erwachsene) und in diesem Fall ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu Familienzimmern in anderen Hotels. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer im ersten Zimmer, das man mir gab, hatte einen kleinen Riss und nebenan lag Baumaterial auf dem Boden. Also half mir das Personal geduldig, ein anderes Zimmer nach vorne zu wählen. Klimaanlage und Badezimmer funktionierten alle wirklich gut. Ich war an beiden Abenden in der heißen Quelle, sehr entspannend. Ich habe mir für einen Tag *******-Kleidung gemietet, um die Aussichtsplattform zu besuchen, und in der Lobby gibt es eine Dame, die gegen Gebühr Make-up und Haarperlen macht. Die Gebühr ist recht angemessen. Das Frühstück bot viele Optionen mit einigen lokalen Dingen, definitiv auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Ich denke, dieser Ort wird unterschätzt. All the staff are very friendly, specially Kevin & Ze Wang. Both of them are very helpful and provide a lot of information. We spent 2 wonderful & comfortable nights. Room is very clean, good quality sanitary ware. A lot of restaurants & convenient storey nearby.

Good location, not far from the scenic area. Big hotel. Very good hospitality. We're specially assisted by Kevin during check in, and get room upgraded and free breakfast. Warmly greeted and escorted to room by Ze Wang, very helpful. Special thanks to both of them. Room is spacious with complete ammenities. Even get heating floor and fireplace. Also got welcome fruits and nice note. Breakfast has big variety of chinese (local) food and western food. Dining room is well decorated. We really enjoy our stay here. Will recommend friends to.stay here.

Location of hotel is along the main road and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. You can take DIDI to Jiuzhaigo Park which is approximately 7km away. Room is comfortable and counter staff is friendly. We took the complementary shuttle service to HuanglongJiuzhai station of which the counter staff help us to make the reservation. Buffet breakfast is good with both Chinese and Western spread. Will come back to stay at this hotel again.

Smooth checkin, huge and clean room, place near a lot of eateries, helpful staff

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

It is a great hotel for vacation. The front desk staff are polite, nice & helpful. Particularly we are very thankful to Mr He Kaiquan by going beyond his duty for helping my family of 3 to secure transport to train station; we felt so at home during our stay. Also thanking Ms 张 for accompanying us to the awaiting bus. The night before we were unable to book transport to train station with Wechat mini programs without local phone number & Mr He helped us through our ordeal.

Hotel room is clean and big. However I need to always remind the housekeeping that my room is 3 pax to a room as they always only provide 2 set of toiletries and towels.

Stayed during peak season, so the hotel was nearly full and quite busy. The location is a bit far from the main entrance, requiring a taxi ride back and forth, costing 20-30 RMB per trip. The room is spacious but seems to have been open for several years, so some items are rather old and slightly worn. The cleaning wasn’t very thorough, possibly due to the high volume of guests. However, the staff was generally helpful. Booking in advance got us a good rate, along with free airport pickup and complimentary afternoon tea. Overall, given the price, it was good value.

This is a huge hotel with everything you need. I was impressed with the design of the lobby.

Spacious and luxurious room, comes with bathtub and separate shower room. A couch and a fire place inside the room, even have a small balcony. The complimentary afternoon tea was great. However, the breakfast thou with many food varieties does not come with quality. Just ride beside the Qian Gu Qing theatre, with many food options opposite the hotel. In addition, a short 15min ride to the entrance of jiuzhaigou national park. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean and everything about the room was as advertised. They brought us extra water when asked but the service ended there. The person checking us in acted annoyed that we were here and the person showing us to the elevator rode on a hoverboard so fast we had to run to keep up. The breakfast buffet was good and had some good western options, but the service was nonexistent and when you asked where something was, workers were visibly annoyed. The coffee machine in the breakfast buffet was broken both mornings and the coffee bar outside the room only sells 美式 and nothing else even though the menu says there should be other options. One contact was very helpful in booking bus transportation to and from the train station but will only respond to Chinese and will not translate English on WeChat themselves.
