Alles wae sauber und die Mitarbeiterin sehr nett. Es gab kein Licht im Zimmer und man mußte für das Schloß bezahlen.

Erstens ist das Einchecken schwierig.  Die Person am Schalter ist Italiener und spricht kein Englisch. Und ich kann nicht einmal das Licht im Zimmer anmachen … Schaltet sich nicht ein  Das ist wirklich das Schlimmste

Location of the hostel is convenient, close to the train and bus station. They would make you check in online before coming to the hotel, straightforward and easy, however the arrangement is confusing. I have already paid for the booking but the website was asking for the payment for both the city tax and the booking itself again. The bed was okay, however there’s a smell and the male toilet (all of them) are COMPLETELY CLOGGED. Couldn’t even bear to see frankly. On the other hand, the cleaning lady was rude. She asked me to leave after check-out as if she’s the owner of the hostel, without knowing that I was allowed and instructed to stay in the common area until afternoon time. She left with clear frustration on her face after I explained to her and said to me let’s confront to the receptionist. She then acknowledged the permission but did not even bother to say anything.

It’s close to train station and bus station so you can go everywhere. What’s the most inconvenient is that there is no receptionists 24/24

Best hostel i think. I don’t know why that hotel has not good reviews. Compare to other hostel in europe, i think that is superior thing. I love that place. And cery good place to take a rest.

I chose this hostel because it was cheap, but it turned out to be a regrettable decision. A hostel with such a good location and yet such low ratings clearly has valid reasons. 1. The bathroom is in the basement, requiring a long walk down the stairs, which makes going to the toilet very inconvenient. 2. The windows in the room cannot be opened, and the lack of ventilation leaves the entire room smelling like foot odor. 3. The shower has no partitions, providing no privacy at all. Some showers cannot adjust the temperature, making it feel like you’re being scalded. 4. The kitchen utensils are very limited—there are no cutting boards or knives for food preparation. 5. The blankets are of the worst quality. Even with clothes on, I still felt cold at night. 6. I booked a 6-person dorm, but they forced me to stay in a 10-person dorm. The manager’s logic was that if fewer than 6 people were staying in the 10-person dorm, it should be counted as a 6-person dorm. However, the prices for these rooms are clearly different on the platform. So why bother offering different room types? By this logic, if only one person stays in the room, does that make it a private room? The manager was extremely rigid and completely disregarded guest satisfaction. 7. From the overall design and layout of the hostel, it’s clear that little consideration was given to the comfort of guests. Instead, it feels more like a prison. If you continue to run your business like this, you will only attract guests with low prices, leading to more low-quality customers and a worsening atmosphere—creating a vicious cycle. Good luck, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t want to ruin your experience in Bari. --- Ho scelto questo ostello perché era economico, ma si è rivelata una scelta di cui mi sono pentito. Un ostello con una posizione così buona, ma con valutazioni così basse, ha chiaramente delle ragioni valide. 1. Il bagno è nel seminterrato, il che richiede di scendere una lunga scala. Questo rende andare in bagno molto scomodo. 2. Le finestre della stanza non possono essere aperte e la mancanza di ventilazione lascia l’intera stanza con un odore di piedi molto sgradevole. 3. La doccia è completamente aperta, senza alcuna privacy. Alcune docce non permettono di regolare la temperatura, facendoti sentire come se stessi per essere ustionato. 4. Gli utensili da cucina sono molto limitati—non ci sono né taglieri né coltelli per preparare il cibo. 5. Le coperte sono della qualità peggiore. Anche indossando i vestiti, ho sentito freddo durante la notte. 6. Ho prenotato una stanza da 6 persone, ma mi hanno obbligato a stare in una da 10. La logica del manager era che, se nella stanza da 10 persone c’erano meno di 6 ospiti, doveva essere considerata come una stanza da 6 persone. Tuttavia, i prezzi di queste stanze sono chiaramente diversi sulla piattaforma. Allora perché offrire diversi tipi di stanze? Seguendo questa logica, se solo una persona alloggiasse nella stanza, sarebbe considerata una singola? Il manager è stato estremamente rigido, ignorando completamente le esigenze degli ospiti. 7. Dall’aspetto generale e dal design dell’ostello, è evidente che si è pensato poco al comfort degli ospiti. Sembra più una prigione. Se continuerete a gestire la vostra attività in questo modo, attirerete solo clienti con prezzi bassi, il che porterà sempre più persone di bassa qualità e un’atmosfera ancora peggiore—creando un circolo vizioso. Buona fortuna, ma non consiglierei questo posto a nessuno che voglia evitare di rovinarsi l’esperienza a Bari.

Auto check in info only in Italian, but procedure ain’t hard. Staff will respond via online chat. Bed is very comfy, they provide individual packs of shampoo and soap. Great location, near the train station and bus stops

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’auberge très propre , la proximité du transport pour aller visiter les pouilles, on passant de l’autre côté de la gare on peut aller visiter le centre de Bari , la vielle ville et le port . Il a un Lidl à 70 pats c’est un plus

La habitación en la que estuve es muy chica para tantas literas, no se podían abrir mas de una taquilla al mismo tiempo porque no entraban. Yo me golpee la cabeza y el brazo con la tapa de las taquillas porque en la habitación no hay luz ni espacio y es muy incómodo sacar las cosas. Los baños están muy lejos de las habitaciones, para bañarse hay que recorrer todo el lugar prácticamente, con toda la ropa, toalla, etc. El ambiente es raro, pocos huéspedes saludan, no me pasó en otros lugares. Se hace limpieza por la mañana, pero a la noche los baños es terrible lo sucios que están. La cocina es grande (no tienen hervidor) y el espacio común es cómodo. Buena ubicación a una cuadra del la estación, no tan cerca del barrio viejo
