Sehr gute Erfahrung. Ich habe zuvor versehentlich die falsche Zimmerkategorie gebucht und schnell in ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten gewechselt. Der Boden ist schön ruhig. Allerdings gab es morgens einen unerklärlichen leichten ungewöhnlichen Lärm, der uns nach 4 Uhr wach hielt. Nach der Kommunikation mit dem Kellner wurde uns sofort das Zimmer gegeben dieser Service💯. Ich möchte heute Nacht wieder bleiben! empfehlen! Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig, die Betten sind sehr gut und man kann ruhig schlafen! Die Lebensatmosphäre in der Nähe ist sehr stark, man kann einkaufen gehen! Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn, wenn Sie ausgehen, was sehr praktisch ist!

Nachteile: Der Zimmerservice ist relativ langsam, die Dekoration sollte relativ 5 Jahre alt sein, die Schalldämmung des Zimmers ist schlecht, man hört die Tür schließen und nebenan reden, und das Frühstück hat sich nicht verändert. Vorteile: Das Frühstück wird pünktlich serviert, die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, es gibt mehrere Supermärkte (High-End und Medium), die Serviceeinstellung an der Rezeption ist gut und die Serviceeinstellung im Restaurant ist gut .

The reception staffs are all excellent! Very helpful and understand the customer's needs. They gave me a lot of advice regarding the london transportation. Extremely appreciated!!

Nice location, 5 minutes walking to Angel Station, around 15 minutes walking to King’s Cross Station. Convenient Shopping stores nearby. The only thing needs to improve is the shower water pressure.

Ideal for Eurostar - just 10 minutes on the bus to St Pancras. Very comfortable hotel, spacious room (we took the standard with a double and a single bed), great service (especially for families - cot provided, even gave me some warm milk upon request for my toddler to help him sleep). Nice shower and bath was useful for my little ones m. Arrival cookies went down v well with my daughter! And liked the cafe/bar Bloom downstairs - easygoing, friendly and convenient! Will stay again and definitely recommend.

Convenient location - walkable from King's Cross. Accessible to most attractions via Angel station. Room was clean and comfortable. Welcome cookie was a nice touch as well! Excellent service - they ran out of coffee / tea bags for the room but gave us a voucher to redeem some from the cafe / bar downstairs and was helpful in allowing us an early checkin / slightly late checkout when our travel plans changed.

The service is great.. every staffs are professional. I got a large room with balcony that I can see a small park opposite the hotel. Their shower room is very large and very safe for elder and disable with foldable chair for showering and emergency button at the toilet. Hair conditioner in amenity set.. this's attentive..I love it. The beakfast is various but none of veggie.. I deduct one point. About location.. it isn't on the main street this make it's peaceful but not far from the main street and mall.. I walked only 600 metres reach to Angel station and a big shopping mall.

Comfortable hotel and very good service at the reception. Thanks to Andreaa for her help and advices for Cambridge. We followed the advices. Everything goes smoothly. Hotel is close to a local market, Chapel market which is interesting. Can try street food from different places. Also, 3-4 supermarkets, shops, and good restaurant within 5 min walk. Breakfast is also tasty with good qualityz

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed so well by the staff! The room was lovely, the hotel had many different eating options but I had room service which was also amazing! All the meals were well priced too. The location is also really good as it is close to many venues and bars!

Great hotel, friendly staff. Requested a quiet room and was allocated one. Breakfast selection was good, but hot food was not hot! and cost £33 for 2. However having said that I’d definitely stay again.

nice hotel!! room was not too bad considering it's somewhere cheaper in comparison to the london average. just a little small for us with big luggages. also love the free cookies at check in!!

This is a very good place to stay for its relative convenience to King's Cross/St Pancras (under a 20min walk) and there are a couple of good pubs nearby. The staff are excellent, so I would like to commend the hotel -- I was checked in by Ashwin, who was fantastic. Everything in London is shockingly expensive, so the hotel can't be blamed for that. Overall, it was a very good stay.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
