The hotel is located in the city center and is in walking distance to everything. The room was good although dark and with little light and very impersonal equipped. Got a early wake up call at 8 o’clock in the morning while working in the room next to ours. This is bad management of the hotel and should be common sense that you don’t do that. The breakfast leaves a lot of space for improvement and was below average.

Our stay at the Rimondi boutique hotel In old town Chania was excellent, magnificent hotel the staff are very helpful,friendly and have excellent standards.
The room with balcony was wonderful.
A must stay. Phone first to arrange parking.
Eat at the Pallas terrace restaurant if possible..

Struttura veramente bella e centralissima, parcheggio a 100 m. non pervenuto, ed è veramente difficile trovare posto in centro per l'auto, rifornimento dei necessaire per bagno e doccia non quotidiano e decisamente insufficiente per 3 persone, camera al piano terra buia e umida con bagno piccolo e scomodo. Il personale molto cortese e professionale

This hotel is really tired and has seen better days. The location in the old town is excellent but the room was very disappointing and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend.

Lovely staff and hotel is in a great location. Facilities starting to look a little tired. Bathroom disappointing- smelt if damp, disappointing shower (hand held) and very dark. (room 103)

We enjoyed the property and the staff was outstanding. They were all so very helpful and kind, from the front desk to the staff serving breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the bathrooms were tiny. We loved the pool area and used it everyday. We liked the fact that the property was convenient to the thing we were interested in, but not in the middle of all the noise and activity. Great place to stay

This location was in the old town so it was super convenient and we could walk everywhere. Parking was off site and although it was safe and close by it was a little pricey.
