Tbf the room is hecking small considering the price. TV is basically your basic local channels. Toilet is decent i suppose. Bed wasnt as comfy. The only good thing was it being close to 7-11 and the petrol station if you'd like midnight snacks haha

Es ist mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesen Hotels. Da die Cloud-Gruppe übernimmt, ist bei der Eincheckung ein Einzahlungsbetrag von 100 $. Ich wollte ihr Lichtraum mit einem Badezimmer ausprobieren, wie ich für den Geburtstag beantragt habe. Also ist nichts an der Anfrage geändert. Es ist nur ein kostenloses Mini-Bar-Snack. Nur für eine Zeit. Auch Sie reserviert für 2 Tage. Hoffentlich können sie den Geburtstag und den Geburtstag verbessern, wie der Kunde auf der E-Mail bittet.

Die Lage ist relativ wohlhabend. Im Umkreis von zehn Gehminuten gibt es Einkaufszentren, Bars, Food Courts usw., die für jeden Geldbeutel etwas bieten. Das Frühstück war gut, abgesehen vom Mangel an Gemüse. Wer früh bucht und einen Preis von über 800 bekommt, macht einen satten Gewinn. Für Wäsche und Trocknen wird eine Gebühr erhoben. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber neu und sauber. Das Bett steht nur eine Person vom Fernseher entfernt. Empfehlenswert.

This is my fourth stay and will be my last stay at Grand Mercure Roxy Square. Upon check in, I smiled and said “Wah nice layout and change” Then a front desk officer named Noorain just said “Check in?” I quickly showed my booking ID and gave my identification card and the front desk asked me “How many people staying in?” I mentioned just my husband and my small children in which she quickly interrupted me and said “I need all of their I.D” I asked again that the booking is in my name only and which she quickly said “No, I need their ID” and just looking at the screen. I texted my husband who was in the car and he came over to pass his I.D. My husband had asked Noorain that we have stayed here many times and there was never an issue, Noorain mentioned loudly that this is a new system, so my husband also said if it is a new system, how do you keep track of previous hotel guests and she said “Im sorry this is a totally new system” and then very loudly said “ THEN THE STAFF LAST TIME WAS THE ONE WHO DIDN’T RECORD” I was taken aback of how quickly the front desk changed her tone, I had asked her where do I write down all my children’s particulars, and she just pointed out to write the sensitive information on the top blank space part of the hotel form receipt. Not wanting to ruin my day, I just complied and just took the room key given. It was a very unpleasant feeling the whole day of staying in on the eve of CNY. And It made me believe I had been profiled to be treated like that. I have receipts of my past stay and receipts of good review of Roxy Square previously, I love the location and I teach around the area, so it was convenient for me and my family to unwind. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay. I love the upgrading of the hotel, and I wish you success Mercure Roxy. Here is a disappointing goodbye.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong, an IHG Hotel, on June 1st, 2024, and overall, our experience was enjoyable with a few highlights and considerations. Location and Accessibility: Located in the vibrant Katong neighborhood, the hotel offers a unique blend of heritage and contemporary charm. It's well-connected to local attractions and offers a glimpse into Singapore's Peranakan culture. Check-in Experience: Check-in was smooth, and we were pleased to find that our request for connected rooms—a 2 Twin Beds Standard and a King Bed Standard—was accommodated promptly by the friendly staff. Rooms: The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting the Peranakan theme of the hotel. They were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with amenities that suited our needs. Having connected rooms was particularly convenient for our family stay. Breakfast: While the breakfast was included, we found it to be average compared to other offerings we've experienced at similar hotels. The variety was somewhat limited, and the quality was satisfactory but not exceptional. Service and Facilities: The hotel staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and dining options in the area. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, added to our overall enjoyment. Overall Impression: Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong provided a pleasant stay with its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and attentive service. While the breakfast could be improved, the connected rooms and ambiance of the hotel made up for it.

Die Lage des Hotels gehört zum Jiadong-Gebiet im Osten.In einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte, und in der Nähe befinden sich Gourmetläden. Das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist sehr professionell und hat eine gute Einstellung, und die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel; dieses Hotel ist es wert, empfohlen zu werden.

Good location, lots of places to eat plus walking distance to bus stop towards the city and Kembangan MRT station. About 2 or 3 front desk service staff are welcoming and polite, both check-in and check-out is fast but there is just 1 lift and 1 staircase to go up and down. Room is ok for me, the aircon is cold and the lights are working fine except for the safe box in my room which was spolit in the last day of check-out and luckily it was solved by housekeeping uncle (hope the safe box would be back to normal). Toilet is a bit small, but the bed is ok yet firm, even though there are a couple of ants both on the table and outside of the safe box but that don't bothered me. Bathtub is ok but the floor might be slippery so better be careful, towels are replenished, the mini fridge is ok, TV can watch just Mediacorp shows and power plug are working properly. Overall it is a good budget hotel if you are not that fussy, so who knows I may come back to book this hotel again.

Die Lage ist etwas weit von der U-Bahn entfernt, aber Sie können einen Bus zur U-Bahn-Station nehmen. Es gibt viele Bushaltestellen. Es gibt Nyonya-Gebäude in der Nähe und es ist ziemlich weit von der Stadt entfernt. Allerdings sind die Hotels in der Stadt sehr teuer. Es gibt direkte Busse, daher ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt sehr hoch.

Vorteile: Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr bequem. Sie erreichen den Busbahnhof in 2 Minuten. Es ist auch praktisch zum Einkaufen und Essen. Die Katong Mall und die Marine Parade sind nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt Einkaufszentrum. Das Hotelpersonal hat eine gute Serviceeinstellung und alle Feedbackprobleme werden gelöst. Es kann rechtzeitig gelöst werden; an der Rezeption gibt es ein malaiisches Mädchen, das Chinesisch spricht und die Sprachkommunikation verläuft reibungslos; es ist neu eröffnet, Die Zimmerausstattung ist neu und komplett ausgestattet. Unten gibt es einen Waschraum zur Selbstbedienung. Sie können durch Scannen des WeChat-Codes bezahlen, was sehr praktisch ist. Nachteile: Man muss mit dem Bus zur U-Bahn-Station fahren, was etwas umständlich ist; die Raumaufteilung ist kompakt, aber etwas klein, und das Öffnen des Koffers ist etwas eng; außerdem sind die sanitären Einrichtungen öffentlich Bereiche (wie Gänge und Waschküchen) müssen verbessert werden. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ziemlich gut. In Anbetracht des Preises kann ich ihm immer noch die volle Punktzahl von 90 von 100 geben.

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ordentlich und sauber. Der Service an der Rezeption ist freundlich und kann durch die Fahrt mit dem Taxi Geld sparen es ist unbequem zu verwenden.
