[16. Sept. 2021 - 31. März 2022] The hotel does not accept guests on Stay Home Notice (SHN). In accordance with regulatory advisories, all guests are required to notify the hotel via email if they are travelling via Reciprocal Green Lane/Fast Lane, Air Travel Pass or Vaccinated Travel Lane. Hotel requires additional documents such as approval letter and Safe Travel Pass to validate identity, travel itinerary, flight details and other relevant information. Failure to inform the Hotel or produce necessary documentation 3 days prior to the arrival will be subjected to having their reservation cancelled. März 2022] Only guests travelling via Air Travel Pass (ATP), Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL), Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL), pending their swab test results, can book "Safe Travel Lanes Exclusive" rooms. Designated rooms will be assigned to them during the isolation period. Guest have to email VTL, RGL and ATP approval letter to hotel Reservations Team (reservations.sen@shangri-la.com) for reference, after booking the room.
[13. Apr. 2021 - 31. Dez. 2021] According to hotel notice: The hotel does not accept walk-in for rooms, treatments at Chi, The Spa and access to the pool, beach, kids’ club, gym and Nestopia. Prior reservation is required; pre-booking for facilities will be required and the pre-arrival email with the link to pre-book the facilities slots will be sent to you 5 days prior to arrival. Booking of hotel’s facilities are subject to availability. You may provide your contact details to the hotel via email at reservations.sen@shangri-la.com for them to reach out to you directly. The hotel also does not allow more than 5 individuals in total to gather in any guest room or in any pair of adjoining guest rooms where the connecting door(s) may be opened by guests during the stay, and dispersing guests and visitors quickly if the number exceeds this maximum permissible group size, except where the gathering consists wholly of individuals from the same household, that is the same address.
