Khmer Mansion Residence

I am going to post this review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Khmer Mansion Residence in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and I must say it was absolutely the best hotel I have ever experienced. From the moment our flight landed, their commi**ent to their slogan, "Home away from Home," became evident. A friendly staff member was there to greet us and upon arrival at the hotel, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and delicious snacks. This exceptional level of service continued throughout our entire stay. What truly impressed me was the unwavering attentiveness and kindness displayed by the staff. Every time we ventured out in our tuktuk, they were ready with cold drinks and refreshing towels upon our return. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was unparalleled. It is rare to find a team so genuinely caring and attentive to their guests. To make our anniversary celebration even more special, the staff went above and beyond. They meticulously prepared the bathtub and bedspread, adorning them with flowers arranged to spell out our names. It was a thoughtful and unforgettable gesture that added an extra touch of romance to our stay. The staff consistently wore warm smiles and their genuine desire to make every guest feel at home was evident. They even assisted us in communicating with our tuktuk drivers, ensuring clear communication and preventing any misunderstandings. Additionally, they made special efforts to accommodate our dietary preferences, going out of their way to find vegetarian or vegan options for us. I must commend the hotel on its exceptional cleanliness. Throughout our stay, I encountered no issues with mosquitoes or other insects. The hotel carries out regular spraying, and by simply keeping the balcony windows closed when we were out or during the night, we had a mosquito-free environment. I wholeheartedly recommend Khmer Mansion Residence to everyone visiting Siem Reap. It surpasses any 5-star hotel experience I have had in Singapore or elsewhere. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the additional benefits they provide. They arranged transportation to and from the hotel, provided valuable insights on local attractions, and even offered recommendations for food delivery. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Siem Reap; this hotel is unequivocally the best choice. I will cherish the memories and the friendships we formed with the staff, like Sokha, Peter, Sreyni and Samarth, during our stay. Their genuine care and hospitality made our time at Khmer Mansion Residence truly unforgettable.

I really enjoyed staying in Khmer Mansion - the hotel is very good! Nothing bad to comment about! Room is very clean, furniture looks very new! Breakfast is fabulous! Hotel staffs are really friendly, kind and helpful! I will definitely come here again! Overall perfect stay!!

씨엠립펍스트릿까지 툭툭$1.20비용이 듭니다. 호텔툭툭은 $2불 요청하네요. 첫날은 새벽내내 개가 짖는 바람에 힘들엇지만, 꽤 조용한 편입니다.(방음은 별로~) 1F에 수영장 잇는데 추워서 사용못햇고, 조식은 매일같은 음식, 망고는 맛납니다 직원들은 무지 친절합니다. 체크인및 체크아웃할때도 차가 출발할때까지 배웅해주네요 ㅎㅎ

The residence is close enough to the centre of Siem Reap to be in easy walking distance, but far enough away to not be crowded or noisy. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional from check in to check out. The room was regularly cleaned with lovely surprise gifts left each time. All other areas are clean and very well maintained.

The staff were beyond welcoming, especially Tim who and the wait staff. Everyone was helpful, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. The location is a bit isolated from the main tourist areas, therefore quiet which suited us fine. There's also a few great restaurants across the street. The pool is well shaded, breakfast plentiful and overall we had an amazing experience! We would recommend this place and come back! Again, in large part due to the amazing staff!

Such a wonderful hotel. The staff are extremely warm and friendly. We got the family suite and it was very spacious. The room is very clean and they have both cleaning and turn down service. You are provided water bottles twice a day in the room and also cold towels and water every time you return to the hotel. The location is amazing, a very nice 15 minute walk away from pub street so that it is not so close that it is noisy but still a nice walkable distance . The breakfast is very nice as well with a good selection of bread, eggs made to order and local breakfast choices. We would not hesitate to stay with them again.
