"Selected the family suite - biggest room for our family of 3. The room was big and located on level 2. I stayed at rm 225 corner room. Breakfast was good although the fried cakue and coffee can be better. Location is perfect…in between BCS and Grand Batam mall and the local market which provided good food options in the day time and also A2 food court at night. A lot of massage places as well. Will come back to stay."

"As this is mY FIRST time stay in Aston Nagoya,I chosed the correct room- the suite fr my family n I. Its very advance since first ever no phone in the room. Using Google is a NEW experience yet uncomfortable. Breakfast spread cn be improve to be much better and the capacity layout cramps. "We booked a family room, but the room looks different from the website. It has no desk or table for make up. The photo in the website showed it has a coffee table and 2 chairs but we do not have it. Only one chair that’s tucked at the end of a TV console. The room looks way smaller too. There’s no hand soap in the washroom so we have to use the shower gel whenever we washed our hands. We requested for extra pillows but were only given one. There are 3 of us and we were given only 3 pillows initially. The room smells a bit when we first entered and the aircon takes a while to cool the room. But the staff are friendly and helpful and there’s a very nice cafe next to the hotel which served very delicious food. I would highly recommend this cafe or eatery."

"Excellent hotel. Staffs are welcoming, warm and polite. Cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent location - ＜5 mins walk to 2 malls (grand batam mall, city square mall) and, massages shop. Just beside the hotel is A2 food court. At night, there's a row of food stalls at roadside of the hotel. Opposite the hotel there's a convenience shop and many restaurants, penuin wet market is there as well. Breakfast is rich in variety from western to local Indonesian, including an Indomee stall.
Overall, it's a 10/10 recommendation!"

"Good service from reception staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Friendly service in restaurant for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choices, mix of east and western food. Good location. Many eating options and convenience stores nearby. Brand new hotel so room was in great condition, very comfortable. Hope managment maintains this standard. Room doors could be soundproofed better as morning prayers from
nearby mosque and other guests talking in the open hallway were disruptive late at night and early morning."

" Ich blieb hier eine Nacht und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung im Allgemeinen, obwohl die Einrichtungen ziemlich begrenzt sindno Fitnessraum, Bar oder Lounge. Das Zimmer selbst war komfortabel und sehr bequem, mit einfachem Zugang zu Restaurants und Malls in der Nähe. Das Frühstück wird jedoch in einem öffentlichen Raum serviert, das ein wenig abgeholt. Das Personal war freundlich und bequem zu meinen Anfragen. Der einzige Nebeneffekt war, dass mein Zimmer auf der Ebene eins war, was es etwas laut am Abend machte."

"Terrible cleanliness. Stayed here for 2 days, the room has cockroaches, we killed 10 of those in the span of days, asked for a change of room but the front desk told us it’s full. The bed sheet is grey and dirty, we have to request house keeping to change it.
Water pressure is good. Staff are friendly. That’s the only 2 good thing for this hotel.
The room and facility is really old and need a major overhaul."

"The hotel is in the Nagoya area, which is quite convenient. It’s new, with clean and welcoming corridors. Our room was clean too, but unfortunately, the hotel is not smoke-free.
When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, which gave me a headache, especially worrying since my kids were staying in too. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, but they only suggested using air freshener, which didn’t help. I even asked to change rooms and was willing to pay extra, but got no follow-up.
Later, I realised the smoke smell was coming from the toilet, possibly due to shared ventilation? The smell got worse at night, and we had to cover our noses with blankets. I really hope the management will address this ventilation issue other than that I find the hotel was value for money."

Meine Freunde waren angenehmen überrascht mit den “Geburtstagsküchenhandschuhe” - so ein schöner Touch.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu. Einige Zahnprobleme (d. h. unreine Tassen, Dusche war fehlerhaft, Schlüsselkarte konnte wegen Batterieproblemen nicht funktionieren usw.) - die erwartet und schnell gelöst werden.
Das Personal vom Front Desk, Concierge zu F&B - sie waren alle freundlich und hart arbeitend, mit dem Wunsch, die zusätzlichen Meile zu gehen. Bf im Hotel war entspannt mit einer schönen Ausbreitung.
Mein Freund hinterließ etwas im Zimmer. Wir kontaktierten den Konzern, der sehr schnell und freundlich war, es zu bekommen und zu helfen, Wege zu finden, um das Objekt zurückzuholen. Wir waren v dankbar und beeindruckt von dem ausgezeichneten Service.
Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Neben dem Grand Batam Mall mit vielen Restaurants, großen Supermarkt und Geschäften. Es war auch im Gegensatz zum wet market und umgeben von vielen Spa-Optionen.
Wir alle waren uns einig, dass dieses Hotel eines der bequemen Orte sein muss, um zu bleiben. Wir werden wieder mit mehr Freunden in der nächsten Runde sein. Tks"
