"I requested three single beds as I was traveling with 3 friends. The hotel room very spacious and I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with many choices that fully satisfied my appetite. "Came Batam for 2 nights but only managed to booked 1 night here as it was fully booked on a weekend. Its a very popular hotel so do book early.
Location was superb, walking distance to the instagramable cafes such as Itsumo, to big malls such as Grand Batam and surrounded by lots of good massage and dining options. The famous A2 eating place is also 5min walk away.
Hotel has a nice artistic touch was very new as it was barely 3 years old. Room and bathroom is still in very clean and good shape. Only downside was there is no bath tub in the room.
Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Buffet spread was not the best variety but was okay.
Overall stay here if you want to be in the heart of the action without need to travel out."

" Ich blieb hier eine Nacht und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung im Allgemeinen, obwohl die Einrichtungen ziemlich begrenzt sindno Fitnessraum, Bar oder Lounge. Das Zimmer selbst war komfortabel und sehr bequem, mit einfachem Zugang zu Restaurants und Malls in der Nähe. Das Frühstück wird jedoch in einem öffentlichen Raum serviert, das ein wenig abgeholt. Das Personal war freundlich und bequem zu meinen Anfragen. Der einzige Nebeneffekt war, dass mein Zimmer auf der Ebene eins war, was es etwas laut am Abend machte."

"The hotel wasn't cleaned as expected especially the pillowcase, toilet and also the cupboard. The breakfast option was limited, and the staff there didn't replace it ASAP when being empty. When I asked for the help, it took me twice or three times calling until the staff came."

"This is my 2nd time in this hotel.
The last time I stayed was almost more than 1 year ago.
The place had definitely went thru renovation as the rooms that we had stayed in level 2 were new, clean and fresh.
We were given choice to upgrade with additional 1,000.00++ rupees 2out of the 4 rooms that we had booked to family and executive room to accommodate the extra bed as there are 11 of us in total.
The location definitely is a killer as it was abt 3 mins walk to Grand Batam Mall.
I guess the only set back is that the hotel doesn't comes with a pool for the kids and the GYM is still under maintenance.. The spa nothing great but it's not a concern for us as there are many spa/massage parlour along the hotel area.
The breakfast needs improvement however the staff is friendly and also ready to serve the guests at all cost.

"This is a relatively new hotel wih great facilities. I was upgrdaed from normal Deluxe room to Suite. Good spacious room with confoirtable bed. Main restaurant is at top floor for nice view of surrounding. Breakfast has a good spread of food choices and taste satisfactory. Buffet dinner at weekend that includes durians is very reasonable as well. Location is great at Nagoya area with many eateries, foodcourts and entertainment in the vicinity. Nearby mall include Nagoya Hill Mall and Nagoya Thamrin City. Not for swimmers though as no swimming pool. But still high recommended for its price and purpose of accomodation."

"Excellent hotel. Staffs are welcoming, warm and polite. Cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent location - ＜5 mins walk to 2 malls (grand batam mall, city square mall) and, massages shop. Just beside the hotel is A2 food court. At night, there's a row of food stalls at roadside of the hotel. Opposite the hotel there's a convenience shop and many restaurants, penuin wet market is there as well. Breakfast is rich in variety from western to local Indonesian, including an Indomee stall.
Overall, it's a 10/10 recommendation!"

"Good service from reception staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Friendly service in restaurant for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choices, mix of east and western food. Good location. Many eating options and convenience stores nearby. Brand new hotel so room was in great condition, very comfortable. Hope managment maintains this standard. Room doors could be soundproofed better as morning prayers from
nearby mosque and other guests talking in the open hallway were disruptive late at night and early morning."

Meine Freunde waren angenehmen überrascht mit den “Geburtstagsküchenhandschuhe” - so ein schöner Touch.
Tks Oakwood für den gedenkenden und erinnerelichen Aufenthalt.
Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu. Einige Zahnprobleme (d. h. unreine Tassen, Dusche war fehlerhaft, Schlüsselkarte konnte wegen Batterieproblemen nicht funktionieren usw.) - die erwartet und schnell gelöst werden.
Das Personal vom Front Desk, Concierge zu F&B - sie waren alle freundlich und hart arbeitend, mit dem Wunsch, die zusätzlichen Meile zu gehen. Bf im Hotel war entspannt mit einer schönen Ausbreitung.
Mein Freund hinterließ etwas im Zimmer. Wir kontaktierten den Konzern, der sehr schnell und freundlich war, es zu bekommen und zu helfen, Wege zu finden, um das Objekt zurückzuholen. Wir waren v dankbar und beeindruckt von dem ausgezeichneten Service.
Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Neben dem Grand Batam Mall mit vielen Restaurants, großen Supermarkt und Geschäften. Es war auch im Gegensatz zum wet market und umgeben von vielen Spa-Optionen.
Wir alle waren uns einig, dass dieses Hotel eines der bequemen Orte sein muss, um zu bleiben. Wir werden wieder mit mehr Freunden in der nächsten Runde sein. Tks

RRachel Hwee PhengSelected the family suite - biggest room for our family of 3. The room was big and located on level 2. I stayed at rm 225 corner room. Breakfast was good although the fried cakue and coffee can be better. Location is perfect…in between BCS and Grand Batam mall and the local market which provided good food options in the day time and also A2 food court at night. A lot of massage places as well. Will come back to stay.

BBunzboxTerrible cleanliness. Stayed here for 2 days, the room has cockroaches, we killed 10 of those in the span of days, asked for a change of room but the front desk told us it’s full. The bed sheet is grey and dirty, we have to request house keeping to change it.
Water pressure is good. Staff are friendly. That’s the only 2 good thing for this hotel.
The room and facility is really old and need a major overhaul.

MmariChanmomoWe booked a family room, but the room looks different from the website. It has no desk or table for make up. The photo in the website showed it has a coffee table and 2 chairs but we do not have it. Only one chair that’s tucked at the end of a TV console. The room looks way smaller too. There’s no hand soap in the washroom so we have to use the shower gel whenever we washed our hands. We requested for extra pillows but were only given one. There are 3 of us and we were given only 3 pillows initially. The room smells a bit when we first entered and the aircon takes a while to cool the room. But the staff are friendly and helpful and there’s a very nice cafe next to the hotel which served very delicious food. I would highly recommend this cafe or eatery.

IIrvin Jonah CheungThis hotel is definitely at a very convenient location to 2 Malls (Batam City & Batam Grand), right in front of a day and night food court, and surrounding environment of foot reflexology, massage parlors, coffee shops, retail shops, Kueh Lapis shops, etc., etc.
The hotel is very basic. The rooms are pretty bare. All the necessary are there, but there are no ”extras” inside or outside the rooms. The flooring is parquet, and the hallways are very echoey. No breakfast. There are no restaurants in the hotel.
There is a body and foot massage parlor, a barbershop, and a small wine shop attached to the hotel. Those are the only shop services you get in and around the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant! We had many fabulous stays there and will definitely come back again!

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber, aber das Badezimmer hat einen Abwassergeräusch, der nicht angenehm war, so würde es empfehlen, dass Sie die Tür geschlossen. Es gibt eine ganze Auswahl von Kabel-Kanälen auf dem TV, um Sie unterhaltsam zu halten.
