Ich komme aus Frankreich. Während meines letzten Besuchs in Shenzhen zu einer Konferenz habe ich eine Nacht im Coli Hotel verbracht. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt von dem außergewöhnlichen Service, insbesondere von Manoj. Beim Einchecken hat Manoj sich alle Mühe gegeben, mich sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen, mir die Einrichtungen des Hotels erklärt und hilfreiche lokale Tipps gegeben. Seine Liebe zum Detail war bemerkenswert – er erinnerte sich an meine Vorlieben und erzählte sogar Geschichten von früheren Gästen wie Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Borussia Dortmund und dem FC Bayern München. Das Wissen, dass das Hotel so legendäre Teams beherbergt hat, verlieh meinem Aufenthalt eine einzigartige Note. Manoj ist ein Beispiel für erstklassige internationale Gastfreundschaft und verbindet Professionalität mit einem herzlichen, persönlichen Ansatz. Obwohl Coli eine lokale Marke ist, fühlt sich der Service erstklassig an. Bei zukünftigen Geschäftsreisen werde ich auf jeden Fall im Coli Hotel buchen.

Arrived late and left early, comfortable bed and nice bathtub. Can't complain

Staff are very nice

The Coli Hotel in Longang, Shenzhen China is outstanding! The rooms are large and the amenities are very good. The front desk staff is very pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast and dinner buffets are sumptuous! Everything from a traditional western style to asian foods are well prepared and nicely presented. Absolutely beautiful lobby. The gym is well appointed.  I was really surprised when I entered my room and found a very spacious and luxury room,The bed was perfectly firm and the pillows perfect,I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the neighborhood.

It's in a very convenient location and all are good

Hotel was very clean, cozy, breakfast was amazing, location was very good, staff were very friendly and smiling.

Chose this hotel due to location - 10mins walking distance to the Universiade Shenzhen Gymnasium stadium (for JacksonWang’s amazing concert!) but ended very impressed by hotel service - they helped with taxi booking (as I was unfamiliar with the DiDi app at first), very helpful to make sure I was clear how to find location to book cab wherever I went, ensured I had taxi ready for airport, housekeeping always making sure our amenities supplied are refilled and sufficient - truly lived up to hospitality standards!! Staff were always friendly and served with a smile. I will surely stay again. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed the bathtub much. Love that their shower area, WC and bathtub are all clearly nicely separated too. Hygienic!

Very good& comfortable

A very convenient location, a 10-15 mins walking distance away from 大運体肓館。 A 25 mins walk to metro station to join Shenzhen metro network. Room is comfortable with sufficient amenities.

Not like a 5star. Room have cig smell. V old furnishings.

The Coli is a huge hotel with open lobbies and large rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. I had a great stay and will return. My only complaint is that the non-smoking policy is not enforced. During my stay I encountered groups of people smoking in the lobby and even inside the elevators. The management should take this policy more seriously.

The hotel was a lot further out than I realised, and was a ¥200 yuan taxi ride to the airport. Otherwise it is beautiful and If you have the time or inclination to get out of the city for a day or two I thoroughly recommend! The staff don’t speak a lot of English but they do their best to be helpful. The pool on 6th floor is outside and beautiful, open until 9pm.
