Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort. Irgendein ***** hat in den frühen Morgenstunden die Autohupe betätigt, was nervig war, aber das Hotel ist schön.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur 3 Minuten zum Coco Park. Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und geräumig und hatte einen Balkon! Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist EXTREM nett und hilfsbereit, besonders LILY :) Beim Auschecken bekamen wir auch zwei kleine Geschenke als Erinnerungsstücke! Was für eine süße Überraschung!

Gut für den Preis. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war sehr groß. Die Lage war nicht zu weit vom Einkaufszentrum entfernt.

Buchen Sie eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Das Zimmer war gut, der Service war gut, die Lage war ok. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es nicht viel, zu Fuß dauerte es zum Coco Park Mall etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten.

Excellent stay - staff and service (especially reception) went above and beyond and was the highlight of our stay. We (5ppl) booked a 3 bedroom suite which was spacious, clean, and filled with all the amenities we needed for our weekend stay. Would definitely stay again for another weekend trip or even a longer stay.

Very nice rooms, good location with KFC and shops nearby. Regular availability of taxi, easy to commute even though not nearby metro. Thanks to the receptionist for helping us and making our stay smooth

Front desk girl was very helpful. Location in residential area. Room was clean and non-smoking but the ventilation had smell of smoke in the evening. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

Overall a good stay - if not quite the usual Somerset standard The room was certainly smaller than the stated 71 square metres, but it was clean. It was cleaned every day. The remote control for the TV and air conditioning did not work properly or was repaired afterwards. The safe did not work either and had to be restored on request. The breakfast was good and offered a great selection. The staff speak good English at reception and are very helpful. Due to the minor inconvenience, it was not quite the usual Somerset standard that we appreciate so much. But all in all it was a successful stay.
