The hotel is very clean and full of stunning paintings hanging on the wall. The room provided was very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the stay when we were in Jeju.

Location: very convenient. It is located in urban district, just 10 mins away from the airport. Taxi charge about 5000 won. The hotel even have free shuttle service to airport. Room quality: good with most frequently facilities available. Large windows installed. Drawback: the bathroom door cannot close properly. Carpark services: they will help me park the car at their basement.

Everything was good except for the lack of airport shuttle, which was stated in Trip.com hotel description and the primary reason we booked this hotel.

Located in the city center and close to a duty-free shopping center. Inside each room, there is a clothes dryer, it's quite convenient. The customer service representatives are very kind, helpful, and responsible.

The check in was prompt. The valet was very attentive to predict even when we are heading out and getting the car out ready for us. The room was spacious for 2 persons and it was near to the major shopping centres such as Shilla and Lotte. There are 2 Olive Youngs within walking distance as well. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Guest service is well known for their basic english so that we can a proper communication. Hotel wise all was good, would come back again! Hotel is located near many branded shops & duty free malls!

This hotel is a fantastic option near a lot of restaurants, shops and amenities with Lotte Duty Free being only a few minutes walk away. The room is large and comfortable, the breakfast options were varied and the staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd time at Hotel Leo. There's a cafe attached to the hotel and a 7-11 beside. The location is very central, just 6 min away from the airport by car. The staff can converse in English and Mandarin. Helen is super warm and friendly and she ensures you're well taken care of. ☺️

Had a pleasant stay at Leo hotel recently. Location is very good. The car vallet service is really helpful. Shout out to Helen who had been very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. The hotel was close the busstop n airport and also near the convenient stores. The staff were co operative and especially the Assistant manager Helen. I felt like I was at home.

Location is great, near to shopping malls and many restaurants nearby. Love the cloths dryer in the room!

Room is spacious, clean albeit old. Good location, connects to various part of island. Special commendation to Helen who is cheery and very helpful. Definitely made a difference.

Small Deluxe Twin Bed room. room floor is carpeted . looks old n dirty. side bench is worn off n peels. bedsheets also not very clean. found tiny black particles on it. One thing outstanding are the equipments inside the room. (a) LG widescreen Tav (b) LG automatica laundry washe (c) Telfa water heater (d) mobile charger point on both bed top with read lamp. ni need international adapters

We had a great stay at Hotel Leo. The front desk was lovely, and we particularly liked the LG styler in our romm that refreshes and dries our clothes. The hotel's location is convenient, near the bus stop that takes you to and fro the airport and other parts of Jeju.
