Das Zimmer ist sauber, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Ich werde mich wieder für Qiuguo entscheiden. Der Fernseher im Zimmer kann mit einem Bildschirmprojektionsservice ausgestattet werden, was sehr praktisch ist. Der Zimmerbutler Xiao Du kann auch die Elektrogeräte im gesamten Raum steuern, was smart und bequem ist.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe des Hotels.

Location-wise, hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the entrance of the nearest metro station - with 3 traffic crossings to be made. There is a supermarket located within a minute walk from the hotel, but the nearest mall is about a 15 minutes walk away. Check-in took a little longer than expected but things were smooth thereafter. Room provided was spacious and came with an outdoor patio. Room layout was good - room had a wooden platform alongside the wall which served as sitting space, as well as a working table. Toilet and shower were separate - shower area was well designed, with drainage lower than the actual shower area. Actual shower area was also anti-slip. Room was also a “smart” room and had an Alexa-like assistant that could turn on/off the lights, adjust the air conditioning and open/close the curtains through voice prompts. Room came with complimentary water and soft drinks that were refilled daily. Make-up room service was generally excellent, though at time, certain amenities such as toilet paper were not refilled.

Very good service. Good area, very accessible. Beds could be less hard and more comfortable. In general it’s convenient. Toilets were smelling a bit from canalisations.

Overall room interior was clean but then corridors and lift was quite stale - there is always a stale food smell in the lift.  Location wise was very near to MRT station though the station is one that requires you to make 1-2 transfers to many of the popular tourist areas. The surrounding though seem alive with shops and local malls were really not that good.  Ovetall for the price made for a triple room which is hard to find in SZ, I am no complaining too much.

The staffs are very nice and friendly, they recommend us some spots nearby. And there are some tourist spots ( garden and supermarket…) to go, which is around 10 mins walk. I totally high recommend to stay for one night or more. The room is so pretty and clean. The view is good too. There is no any remote control and phone, but fun to tell - you can use the AI to tell what you want. This is my first time to use and It is easy for my family, even my parents.

Decent hotel near 农林 station. It was not easy to spot the hotel as the signboard isn’t very striking. Front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful - promptly addressed all our queries during our stay. The AI in the room was an interesting touch.

Pros: friendly staff, sparkling clean, newly renovated, voice control of room facilities such as air conditioner and lights, nice selection of breakfast items, good coffee. Cons: the gym and laundry room is a bit small, only has one set of washer/dryer, and only one treadmill, the air conditioner control in the gym is a bit tricky to use. Generally speaking a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist with any requests. The comfortable rooms and clean facilities made for a pleasant experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-kept place to stay!

Rooms were clean and everything was great- pretty cool that they had a voice assistant that controls everything in the room as well - service on the other hand can be improved; the reception didn’t activate my card and needed them to help me reset the card.
