We were given free upgrades for two of the three rooms that we booked. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. They were very clean throughout our 3 nights' stay...could not find any fault. There was one washer-dryer onsite for your laundry needs.

Great hotel amenities and service. Hotel owner is very friendly and kind. Was planning to upgrade the room for my booking but it wasnt allowed in the system and owner is kind to provide free upgrade. Room is roomy and very comfortable. aesthetically pleasing as well. Great toilet with seat warmer and bidet. There is a free washing machine to use as well. free welcome snacks, fruits and tea provided. Surroundings are more residential but there is a nearby street with a few food stores which is great to eat breakfast at. Not far from shantou station which is great. Hotel is inside quite a rundown exterior building so it was a bit of a shock at firsr but the hotel interior is great and comfy!

loved our 2 night stay! the hotel was located at a convenient central location & most importantly the staff were very helpful - helping us with our packages and recommending us food places. will def go back again

Location is convenient, rooms are comfortable. Even have a dining room that can double up as a conference room for meetings.

Superb location, just a stone’s throw away from many eateries and malls. Upon stepping into the B&B, we were greeted by their friendly receptionist and the calming wood scent from the wooden furnishing. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped with amenities. The warm ambience of the B&B makes it a perfect place to relax and unwind after returning from a long day of exploring the city. Highly recommend anyone looking for accommodation in Shantou City to stay at ShanHeLi B&B.

I was really impressed with the nicely renovated rooms. The service staff is so polite and helpful. It was really an wonderful experience staying at Shanheli.

Upon entering the B&B, I was immediately struck by the tasteful and stylish decor. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with a mix of modern and traditional elements that create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the elegant furnishings to the carefully chosen artwork. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. I appreciated the little touches, such as dry flowers and a complimentary bottle of water and flower teas, that made me feel truly pampered. The front desk staff at Shanheli B&B were exceptional in every way. She is friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. She is always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Shantou and looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay.

酒店環境、設施，格調、設計都是一等一的，既文藝又温暖，保留了公共客廳和會客功能，竟然還有隱藏的完整廚房，冰箱裏還有存酒給顧客享用，適合愛美會拍的姐妹及親子家庭。美中不足的是公共空間的設施雖然齊備可惜沒有交互的場景，客人們沒有坐在一起交談的機會，特別可惜。我們在第二天快離開前，才看到前台上擺放的當地攻略手冊，怒拍大腿，建議直接投送到入住的房間茶几上，作為服務升級的一部分

房間空間大，而且很温馨有設計感，設施很實用。公區是一大特色，北歐小木屋的感覺，細節滿滿，還有免費咖啡和廚房用具必須點贊👍

山禾里民宿（萬象城）非常棒值得推薦！前台小姐姐和打掃阿姨人很好友善熱心。知道我喜歡拍照還幫我打車去小公園的山禾里民宿參觀。不得不説那裡的前台小姐姐服務也非常周到，帶我們四處參觀還介紹各種美食。下次有機會回來一定會住這家民宿，還會推薦給親戚朋友💯💯💯💯💯

交通近萬象城，離美食街步行20分鐘，不過租小電車須臾可達。 房間有設計感，配置有科技感，乾淨，安靜，出片。 周邊早餐店美味，茶葉店價格實惠，伴手禮一站搞定 鬧中取靜，值得二刷！

這家民宿值得推薦，地理位置在市中心超棒，交通便利到爆炸，出行可太方便了，房間電視的質感很好，屏幕很大，每個app都有會員可以觀看。入住體驗很棒，床品的選購也很用心，住在這家民宿我睡的很舒服和踏實，房間隔音效果也很不錯，就連窗户都是遮光很強的雙層簾，房間衞生做的很好，非常乾淨，管家服務也很周到熱情。
