Superb location, just a stone’s throw away from many eateries and malls. Upon stepping into the B&B, we were greeted by their friendly receptionist and the calming wood scent from the wooden furnishing. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped with amenities. The warm ambience of the B&B makes it a perfect place to relax and unwind after returning from a long day of exploring the city. Highly recommend anyone looking for accommodation in Shantou City to stay at ShanHeLi B&B.

The front desk staff at Shanheli B&B were exceptional in every way. She is friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. She is always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. 民宿地理位置很方便附近就是萬象城，去哪裡都不遠。小姐姐很nice，還幫我們升了套房，乾淨整潔，香薰也很好聞。每天打掃房間衞生還會補上水果麪包等等，洗漱用品質量也不錯，每天都會補充。在套房大客廳看電視吃外賣還是挺爽噠～～

這是我住的最最最舒服的酒店 走到樓下還在思考這個地方怎麼可能有這麼好看的民宿？結果一開電梯門我都驚呆了，老闆很有品味，裝修很好看，酒店也很貼心準備了很多東西，地理位置也很優越，去哪裡都很方便，叫外賣也是很方便，床也很舒服，一覺睡到自然醒

環境非常驚喜，免費升級了豪華大床房，房間很大，一次性浴缸套、浴球、馬桶套都有準備，洗漱用品也不錯，周邊到小公園、龍眼南路都很方便，外賣可以點到很多推薦餐廳，整體很棒！

衛生和裝修都很滿意，每個房間門口的裝飾擺設也有些許不同，各有特色；房間空間感滿足所需，重點廁所乾濕分離，而且不怕渠道氣味；這次的房型是看居民區的，好處是晚上十分安靜。 公共區域有咖啡機、茶葉，還有一間茶室

小姐姐服務很好 提前有電話溝通還免費幫忙升級了房型 房間內有清香 乾淨 不錯😌下次有機會還會來住（在樓下還有點小失望 以為踩雷了 民宿在8樓 電梯打開驚喜值拉滿🥳）

很乾凈 很舒適 前台小姐姐的態度也很好！退房的時候因為飛機延誤暫時呆在民宿 也很熱情的讓我們使用大廳和餐廳等 也要請我們喝咖啡！整體環境裝修的非常好看 下次還來！！！

第一次帶女友回家鄉，為了吃方便選擇住萬象城附近，環境很好，前台有咖啡機和製冰機好評，早上起來自己磨了兩杯搭配汕頭腸粉。服務也很好，走的時候還送了手信小糕點，下次回家鄉有機會還會再次入住！

踏進酒店的那一刻有種賓至如歸的感覺 房間非常乾淨 公共空間非常舒適有咖啡可以自取 還有茶室和餐廳可以悠閑地度過時光

酒店設計和服務非常棒，小姐姐們都很熱情，還提供了汕頭攻略～這個大廈有點舊但是進入民宿後別有洞天，非常滿意，下次來還會選擇這裏～
