The staff was so warm, welcoming, well mannered and could not have helped us better!! The included breakfast was delicious, my 13 year boy certainly loved it! We loved staying there and can't wait to come back with the rest of my family!

御茶ノ水、神保町はもちろん、健脚であれば秋葉原周辺まで徒歩圏の立地です。ホテル周辺には沢山の飲食店がありますので、とても便利です。ホテル自体は和風の旅館というテキストのホテルという印象。部屋自体は狭いのですが、必要なものは全て揃っていて、狭い分何でも手に届くので、かえって便利と言えます。地下にある大浴場は温泉ではありませんが、男性風呂にはサウナもあり、十分に満足できるレベルです。朝食が無料ですが、立派な献立で素晴らしいです。リピート確定です。

衞生、環境都好，離地鐵和JR線路的站點都是步行5分鐘以內，早餐是免費的，還有大浴場和免費按摩椅。 酒店工作人員有會中文和英文的。 臨走的時候還可以挑選一樣小禮物，有吸油紙、筷子、小香囊等等。 滿分！

1.地點離地鐵 御茶丿茶或JR 御ノ茶大約得走10分鐘，約700-800公尺，但因為這樣可以沿途走路欣賞日本大學的校警。 2.服務人員很客氣，在checkout時會拿出小禮盒讓你自己挑想要的小禮物，這點不錯的 3.早餐的話 基本上小菜自己拿，主食米飯，還有煎蛋喔，有吃早餐但又不用吃太飽，因為去外面景點還能再吃東西，服務員有位男性，會說中文，蠻親切的。 4.房間可以選擇要不要每天打掃，打掃的還蠻乾淨的。

진보초, 오차노미즈 역이랑도 가깝고 직원분들 너무 친절하셨고 영어도 잘하셨어요. 대욕장, 안마의자도 있어서 피로도 잘 풀 수 있었습니다. 방도 굉장히 청결했고요 ㅎㅎ 체크 아웃 할 때 기념품도 주시더라구요 너무 만족스러웠습니다 :)

近所の駅から歩いて10分ぐらい。施設は綺麗で、ほとんどの接客も良かったです。外国人はあまり来ないようでした。

The staff is friendly and the hotel has everything you need. The room ist very clean. I especially liked the large bath.

The price is very reasonable for two persons. This comes with a substantial Japanese breakfast: juice, miso soup, rice, seasoned vegetables, nutto, nori, egg done according to your choice, and coffee. The tatami room is just the right size with very comfortable pillow and futons. The public bath feels like onsen even though it’s tap water. The ryokan is in Jimbocho, a good place for browsing Japanese bookshops.

Very nice. Giving in a key on way out is a bit strange. Acceptable though.

This was such a tranquil place to stay. We were greeted well and accommodated just as any person should be treated despite being a foreigner with limited Japanese speaking abilities. They made us feel at home and respected. The facilities in this hotel was beautiful and clean. It remains to be very quiet and relaxing. They offer free breakfast in a Japanese styled presentation. It saved us time to think of places to eat as there are not many options of food that are walkable within 30 mins. There is some fast food and cafes but not really what we are looking for while immersing in the Japanese culture. Now my favorite part is the private outdoor bath. It seema they have some essential oil added like green tea or some sort but my lord it was outstanding. For a quick stay at the akebono room it was awesome !
