住了10天，我的房間比較小，因為臨街，會有點吵，但不至於影響入睡。衞生間下水道傳出的味道比較重，且沒有排氣扇，所以要麼要記得一直關上衞生間的門，要麼要啟動空調排風功能。牀頭櫃一邊的牆面比較臟，好像平時從來沒有注意清潔這方面。條件的硬件條件一般，還好在酒店的地理位置還可以，這邊都是各種商店、美食店，挨着多倫多路名人街，靠近魯迅公園。另外酒店的前台小姐姐們很親切，服務特別熱情周到，彌補了酒店硬件條件的不足。另外酒店提供免費的行李寄存服務。👍👍👍

大堂有股味道很難聞。房間剛進去有點味道，通下風就好了。房間不大，不過還挺乾淨。小度可以控制窗簾。智能馬桶不是自動沖的，還是需要按馬桶旁邊的按鈕，按遙控器沒反應。洗澡衹有小花灑，沒有頭上大的固定的花灑。入住當晚外賣送上樓了，但是第二天一早外賣説不允許送上樓。服務還可以，因為房間衹有一個椅子，打電話讓客服再送一個凳子過來也馬上送來了。我和閨蜜是因為看Jolin演唱會住一晚的，離虹口足球場挺近的。樓下吃飯也很多，對面也有商場。

Ausstattung: Die unterstützenden Einrichtungen sind sehr vollständig und es liegt auch in der Nähe der U-Bahn. In der Umgebung gibt es dichte Geschäfte und Wohngebiete.
Hygiene: Die Hygiene ist sehr gut, die Toilette ist einfach und übersichtlich und die Bettwäsche duftet leicht
Umgebung: Ich habe mich mit meinem Vater für ein Maisonette-Einzelzimmer entschieden und es hatte zwei Betten. Heutzutage haben viele von ihnen ein Bett.
Service: Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr professionell und fragte schließlich, ob ich eine Einwegzahnbürste oder ähnliches benötige.
Sie müssen sich keine Sorgen um die Sicherheit machen, um mit dem Aufzug zu fahren. Im Grunde sind nur die Bewohner und die Putzfrau da.

Erstens, ich habe schreckliche Bettbeutel über meinen ganzen Körper von dem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Betten sind nicht hygienische.
Es gibt auch viele Drinks aus irgendeinem Grund. Als ich incheckte, versuchte ein betrunkener Mann, der auch ins Lotter um mich herum wartete, zu mir zu sprechen und wartete auf mich, ob ich nach oben ging. Die Empfangsdame sagte mir, ihn im Aufzug zu ignorieren. Ich bin nicht im Aufzug gefahren und bat einen der Empfangsmitglieder, mit mir zu gehen.
Darüber hinaus traf ich auch andere betrunkene Männer in der Lobby.

GGastnutzerIch bin in diesen Tagen nach Shanghai gereist und habe mich für das Mercure Hotel, die Bund Branch, entschieden. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut und es gibt kostenlose Snacks und Mineralwasser im ersten Stock.
Das Zimmer ist sauber und verfügt über alle Utensilien. Die Toilettenspülung erfolgt automatisch und verfügt über Reinigungs- und Trocknungsfunktionen, was sehr praktisch ist
Die Transportmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel sind bequem und mehrere berühmte Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet des Hotels, das meine Frau liebt, umfasst Kaffee, Milch, Joghurt und gebratenes Gemüse. . . Es sind sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Stile erhältlich.

LLionelaxyEs ist sehr nostalgisch, in der französischen Konzession zu übernachten und die großartige Aussicht über die Gegend zu genießen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut ausgestattet.
Der Service ist großartig und die Zimmer sind ruhig. Ich werde in Erwägung ziehen, wieder in diesem Boutique-Hotel zu übernachten.

YYeseIch bin nach Shanghai gekommen, um eine Kreuzfahrt zu machen, und habe zwei Zimmer in diesem Hotel in Pudong gebucht, das Flughafentransfers und einen Hin- und Rückflugbus nach Disney anbietet. Das erspart Sorgen, Mühe und Geld. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist reichhaltiger als das von manchen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Am lobenswertesten ist die geringe Größe des Restaurants, da die älteren Menschen zu Hause am Vortag müde waren und es unbequem war, nach der Kommunikation nach unten zu gehen und packen Sie Brot und Eier ein. Es war ein sehr benutzerfreundlicher Service. Ich hoffe, das Hotel wird es loben.

Unable to travel over the festive season, I decided to treat myself to a few days in a local hotel. What other choice was there, other than the Bvlgari?
Prior to my arrival I received a call from the hotel. They confirmed my arrival time, made dinner reservations for me, added me to WeChat and offered me any other help that I required.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Eva. She checked me in and immediately offered me a late check out time of 14:00. This was extended further on the final day to 16:00. Fantastic! More time to relax by the pool and in the sauna.
Having checked me in, Eva gave me a tour of the property. The Bvlgari is stunning!From the stylish restoration of the Chamber of Commerce building to the sleek, modern interior of the main building.
The Bvlgari is located in an excellent position by Suzhou Creek. It offers dazzling views of Lujiazui , the Huangpu River and the rear of The Bund. Perhaps one of the best views in the city.
Of course, the room was magnificent. Huge TV, super comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and a wide selection of drinks and snacks, most of which were complimentary. I especially thought the pillow mist was a nice touch.
In addition to the welcome snacks, Eva brought me a desert from their little cabin outside. A delicious Italian, vanilla donut- like desert. Good job I didn’t have lunch that day.
I dined at both the Italian and Chinese restaurants. Both of which offer amazing food.
The Italian presents simplistic fare with the emphasis on fresh ingredients. The vegetable broth and specialty bread is to die for.
The Chinese restaurant offers high quality Cantonese food and an alternative wine selection to that in the main building.
The sommelier suggested a great wine pairing for the meal and also provided a complimentary glass of champagne and a coffee liqueur before escorting back to the hotel.
Le Mer products are used in the spa! Yes, this is fantastic. My therapist, Daisy, had me in the state of being between consciousness and unconsciousness many times during the course of my treatment. Just what I was looking for.
The staff at the Bvlgari are excellent. Young, professional and obviously well trained, evident through their subject knowledge and warm hearted service.
All the staff consistently addressed me by name and ensured that my stay was perfect.
Whilst at the bar, one of the girls presumed I was asking for the bill, when actually I was asking for another drink. I left to visit the WC and returned to find a note apologizing for her misunderstanding of English accompanying a complimentary desert with my drink. That was amazing! Thank you, Elsker.
It’s often the small things that make a difference. Whilst walking to my room one of the room attendants was vacuuming the carpet. She abruptly stopped and waited for me to pass. Whilst at the pool, I headed towards the jacuzzi. Some of the staff appeared to be fixing or checking something, but they swiftly disappeared as I emerged.
Upon checkout, Eva was waiting for me with a gift bag containing chocolates. This was in addition to the luggage tags and toiletries that were gifted by the turn down service the previous night. Eva called me a car to take me home. Whilst I waited she filled my gift bag with sweets from the huge jars of confectionery in the lobby. As the doorman approached to let me know my car had arrived, he also presented a small gift of Bvlgari toiletry products.
What an amazing experience.! Truly remarkable.
I will definitely return and I’ll be adding locations in Paris, London, Bali and Milan to my list of places to visit.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist sehr sauber und verfügt über ein Geschenk für den ersten Tag. Der Garten ist elegant und der Service ist sehr freundlich. Die nahe gelegene Stadt Xiadu eignet sich sehr gut zum Fotografieren und ist für Paare geeignet.
Das einzige Bedauern ist, dass die Schwimmbadheizung etwas schwach ist und das Schwimmen etwas kalt ist. Sie müssen eine Badekappe und eine Schutzbrille mitbringen, wenn Sie ins Schwimmbad gehen. Der Kauf ist etwas teuer. Ich habe eine Badekappe für 60 Yuan gekauft.
Es gibt nur wenige Frühstücksarten und die Abendessengutscheine werden nicht verwendet. Es heißt, dass es zu Neujahr nur Wontons und Nudeln gibt.

Dies ist nicht das erste Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe. Die Rezeption, der Service, die Einrichtungen und das Frühstück sind alle von gutem Standard, weder hervorragend noch enttäuschend. Schließlich sind die Bedürfnisse eines jeden an einem Aufenthalt in einem Flughafenhotel sehr unterschiedlich. Aber dieses Mal muss ich den Zimmerreinigungsservice des Hotels loben! Dies ist der verantwortungsvollste, hochwertigste und lobenswerteste Reinigungsservice, den ich je für mehrere Nächte erlebt habe. Auch was die Sauberkeit der Gästezimmer während des Aufenthalts angeht, ist dieses Hotel das Nr. 1-Hotel unter allen Hotels, in denen ich übernachtet habe! Die Reinigungs- und Aufräumstandards eines neuen Hauses werden den Gästen während ihres aufeinanderfolgenden Aufenthalts wirklich geboten. Vielen Dank an das Personal, das am 19. April Zimmer 1212 gereinigt hat! Sag Danke! Vielen Dank für die Freude, die Sie mir und meinen Kindern bereitet haben.

ZZiyouzizai789Als ich um 21 Uhr im Laden ankam, wurde ich von der Rezeption herzlich empfangen und half, die Suite aufzuwerten. Sie verfügt über große raumhohe Fenster und eine wunderschöne Nachtaussicht. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und die Ausstattung ist komplett und sauber und ordentlich. Die umliegenden Verkehrsmittel sind bequem, der Jing'an-Tempel ist nur 500 Meter entfernt und es gibt viele köstliche Speisen in der Umgebung. Freunden empfohlen und werde das nächste Mal hier übernachten.

Qqinzhang123Der Gesamteindruck ist, dass die Umgebung recht gut ist. Der Ort ist recht groß, man kann im Hotel auch spazieren gehen und auch die Nachtsicht ist gut. Es gibt auch eine ganze Reihe von Hotelzimmertypen. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer im Hauptgebäude. Das Zimmer war nicht zu groß, recht sauber und hatte eine durchschnittliche Ausstattung. Der Service ist recht gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Dongping Forest Park. Das Essen auf den umliegenden Bauernhöfen ist köstlich. Es wäre besser, wenn der Hotelpreis günstiger wäre. Wer langsam und gemütlich reisen möchte, kann es versuchen.

MMister StephenBeginnen wir mit der Beschwerde. Das Ein- und Auschecken im Hotel dauerte zu lange. Ich habe beide Male etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten gewartet. Unakzeptabel! Nicht genug Personal an der Rezeption und sie müssen geschult werden, um die Leute effektiv anzutreiben. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, aber es sieht so aus, als ob es in den nächsten ein oder zwei Jahren renoviert werden muss. Kein Bidet im Badezimmer. Tolles Restaurant im Obergeschoss mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das Concierge-Personal ist gut. Abschließend war ich mit dem Preis und der ausgezeichneten Lage zufrieden.

PPaige ToniaEven though the rooms are on the older side the view makes up for it! It’s a close walk to many attractions and not a far drive from the rest. The only thing is that for the 3 nights we stayed, our room was not cleaned once because of the hotel policy. We went to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper, body wash etc. we had full trash cans and wet towels. It didn’t feel much like a hotel room by the third day 😂
