Great service👍😃 The hotel staff helped my Dad, who is 86 and losing his hearing, in a smooth check in and check out; also helped my dad, who is not fluent in connecting WiFi and using mobile phone to call taxi, in an internet-connected stay and timely taxi ride. I highly recommend this hotel. I definitely will stay here in my next trip.

剛開的酒店，華住集團的品牌還是有一定標準的。入住的時候前台比較熱情，但是看得出來是新手。酒店的房間面積不大，新裝修的麼，多少是有點味道的。但是我個人覺得還是可以諒解。攜程評分不高，但是還是可以體驗一下的。前台也是有應必答，早餐廳的品質還算可以，沒有因為剛開業，價格低而偷工減料，可是估計是新店，在人性化服務方面有待加強，早餐廳沒有小童椅，然後規範性操作還需要加強。出餐的過程中未佩戴口罩😃。都是小事，希望多加強改進

Die Lage war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Essen ist sehr sauber. Die Zimmer waren sauber und eine gute Größe. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

房間很乾凈衞生，房間內冰箱裏有冰鎮的茶水和礦泉水，可以免費停車，車位有地下的也有地面的，距離小童醫院很近，步行5分鐘就到了，附近有很多餐飲，1.5公里內有多個商場，離開當天叫了多個特產外賣，機器人送到房間，前台也很熱心，唯一的缺點大概是房間內的凳子腿可以貼個靜音貼，拖動的聲音挺大的。

Sehr, sehr, sehr gut, der Service ist sehr freundlich und die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr bequem, U-Bahn-Linie 1. Die Frühstücksrezeption empfahl Rujias Schüssel Nudeln, die ziemlich gut war. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, der Stil gefällt mir am besten. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist sehr schnell und die Dusche ist sehr komfortabel. Die Höhe des Gästezimmers im achten Stock ist genau richtig. Es gibt auch einen Trockner und eine Waschmaschine zum Waschen von Kleidung, was sehr praktisch ist. Sehr kostengünstig, sehr zu empfehlen.

For a hotel in this price range, this is by far the best hotel/ resort experience I have had. Cleanliness - room kept well clean and tidy everyday, toiletries promptly replenished daily. Room facilities - cool sensor wc bowl, mattress and beddings used are comparable to those in 5star hotels where u will definitely get a good nights'sleep. Design - simple yet cool, hip decor in the room. There is even a small stream outside my room. Lush greenery outside. Lobby is of minimalist industrial style with conc. floor and sufficient mix of light mesh metal & faux leather armchairs and comfy sofa, giving one a relaxed and careful feel. It may be worth putting a little scent/ fragrance to the space to complete the sensory touch making the space even more memorable. Environment & Amenties - quiet and peaceful. Apart from being a little far from the mrt, there is a good selection of food and groceries in the neighbourhood. There is also a little Korean town and a few new mega malls accessible by bus or taxi. Guest Mix - young travellers and family nucleus groups Front desk - very helpful front desk ladies who went all the way to help me call customs and the airport when I discovered that I had misplaced an important document during my flights. Will definitely come here again and recommend to friends if they come to Shanghai.
