Sehr enttäuscht, dass mir das Frühstück zweimal in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Ich erklärte, dass ich im Restaurant bezahlt hatte, und sie sagten nein, ich müsse den angegebenen Betrag zahlen. Ich zahlte und zog in ein anderes Hotel. Sehr enttäuscht. Außerdem funktionierte die Heizung in meinem Zimmer nie und ich konnte mich wegen des Baulärms in einem Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Flurs nicht entspannen. Nicht empfehlenswert für Geschäftsreisende.

The place is 10 minutes ride from National Convention Center (and the subway station there) and 20 minutes away from Hongqiao Airport. The ancient town of Zhujiajiao is probably 30/40 km from the hotel, and you can go there by subway as well. There is refurbishing works at the hotel front door causing noise in the early morning (7 a. m.) and inconvenience in getting on the taxi. There is also works next door on our floor which also incurring noise in the morning. The hotel is otherwise decent and clean.

You get what you pay for. Breakfast buffet was ok. Several western-type options in the immediate area within walking distance. Construction is happening in front of the hotel and behind it as well - can make for an unpleasant time at moments. Also hear the dancing grandmas across the road with their music blaring until around 8:30pm.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating.

It’s near to Bai lian outlet . I like to stay this hotel. Because it is clean and convenient to stay .

Its not upto the name "hilton".pricy and inconvenient. Need big improvement in guest service.surprisingly no one to assist carrying luggage to the room .breakfast is good.

Close to Shanghai National exhibition center which can take at least 10 minutes by taxi in peak traffic time and also close to subway station around by 1km walking distance. Friendly and good staff and well maintained hotel but the breakfast is not so good.

Good location, close to Hongqiao airport and so many local restaurants near by, very clean and good service, I will stay this hotel again!
