Excellent location near the Ross Fountain and the city center. The room was small and had no window, and luggage storage costs extra, but the location really makes up for it.

The location was perfect. The rooms are pretty small for the price we paid. The rooms were claustrophobic.

The location was fine and easily accessible check in from 3pm and check out by 10am which is a little early considering most things in Edinburgh are late events. Room was really clean however very very small. No matter the warnings it is smaller than you can anticipate - more like a storage locker. A little noise from other rooms above when using showers etc but all relative

The location is absolutely perfect — it’s literally right in front of the castle, and there are plenty of cafés around, so the vibes are really nice! 😍 BUT the room itself was super tiny — honestly, it felt claustrophobic. Definitely not recommended for families traveling around the UK with lots of luggage. Thankfully, the reception staff were very helpful and let us store our suitcases at the front desk because they knew the room couldn’t possibly fit all of them 🤓 I even had one of my suitcases stored in their locker, lol. There was even one night when the AC in our room suddenly stopped working, but the staff handled it really well and helped us move to another room — no hassle at all, which we really appreciated! One important heads-up: this hotel is not wheelchair-friendly. There’s no lift, so keep that in mind if accessibility is a concern.

Great location and nice and clean, rooms are small and showers are very tight and beds are not very comfortable.

We loved the location very close to the Old Town Edinburgh. Close to eateries, shopping & public transport. The team were very accommodating and friendly. The room was mini though, it would have been more suitable for a single occupant. Although it had everything, we wanted we struggled with our luggage and where to put it. Lucky, we have a caravan, so we are used to tight spaces. There was no window, but we knew that when we booked. Overall we would stay again, we would just make sure we had a bigger room when booking.

Hassle- free check-in. The room is very simple and basic and will have what you need for your stay (minus the shower gels and shampoo and toothbrush). Pefect if you only stay in your room to sleep after a long tiring day of touring. Location is perfect and very convenient. Close to tram and bus stops. Walking distance to most of the city attractions. We had a great stay and an even more lovely view of the edinburgh castle every night from the hotel room. We have two mid-sized luggages and it was a bit tight to move around the room. But overall, would recommend and would stay in the hotel again.

Easy hotels are the perfect places to stay if your staying for a short term basis. The hotel was easy to locate and close to the city centre

The staff are excellent. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Paper thin walls, can hear conversations in surrounding rooms, no lifts. Extortionate for what you get would book elsewhere next time
