Sunrise Ridge Resort

We were pleasantly surprised as to the location of your hotel. The view was breathtaking! Our room was very comfortable. The recliner was in a declining condition but it served a purpose as my husband has to sleep in a recliner. The pool was very inviting and the fireworks on our last night there were so exciting.

There was a trail that lead to the pool and hot tub area that was poorly lit, several lights were out. There was railing that had broke off and laying down on the ground. The trail was very rough with several wash out places and electric conduit was exposed leading to possible trip hazard. The over growth stretched into the trail also making it hard to navigate.

This was an excellent stay, it is so perfectly located. We went for new years eve at the Island and it's so close. Service is excellent and everything clean and in order. Love it, and will stay again.

Great fireplace, good space, and nice balcony. Water pressure was very low and carpet had seam rips full length.

Staff is very friendly and quick to respond. Loved the location being off the main road and still only minutes away from everything but it seems further. Clean and plenty of room. Comfortable beds, would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend especially for larger families.

I like the beautiful area that the property is located along with the Mountain Views. I don’t like how outdated the decor and carpets are.

Overall trip was nice. Location was also nice. But our toilet wouldnt stop running and rug was almost ready to be replaced. View was amazing

I spoke with representative after booking to say that I am handicapped in a wheelchair. Needed accessible room. Got there, put in a room that did have wheelchair path to get there, but no handicapped parking spots near room. Some parked without plate or tag making it difficult to unload. Then room was not handicapped. No bars near toilet and very low. Tub/shower was too high for me to shower for 3 nights. Concierge offered to do a timeshare tour the day I was leaving for some compensation. Said I was leaving to continue road trip and couldn’t. Was going to ask manager if possible to do anything and never heard back. Being a Hilton member, I’m really surprised on how this was handled as they are affiliated with Hilton Vacations. If accessible was not available when I spoke to the rep on the phone, they should have advised and I would have stayed somewhere else. 3 nights on vacation and not able to shower or use the facilities easy made for a bad stay. ***Note - To be fair, for people that do not need accessible accommodations, the room was nice and worth booking.

We have been coming to this property for over 20 yrs but the condition has went down hill a lot the last few years. Worn carpets and furniture. Outside needs paint and cleaned. Rooms are clean but need updated
