I was delighted by how friendly all the staff were, starting with Hafiz who was my airport pick up driver, and the communicativeness of Darren, the sales manager who helped book two tours for me.
My room was spacious and even though the hotel is by a busy road, I didn't notice the traffic noise much. The location is nice: there are ATMs and three supermarkets nearby, plus many restaurants. The Jubli Park is a ten-minute walk away across a nice pedestrian bridge, and the other direction will take you to the north bank of Kampong Ayer - again, just a ten-minute walk from the hotel.
Breakfast was fine, with some variety from day to day.

Not a bad hotel for a night or two. Location is okay but the hotel really needs to improve on cleanliness and providing amenities. I had ants in my room and no slippers. However, the street is very nice.

Spacious clean room with good tv channel.. small pool at level 2.. the hotel is closed to a supermarket and other eateries.. also at close proximity to other BSB landmarks such as Istana Nurul Iman and Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque.. a very great stay at the hotel..

I stay there 4 days due to having a work and meeting discussion.
Just average okay. Not really ok but just nice to stay for working. We can hear what other people next room
Talking even they are cough also we can hear. People smoke also we can smell until our rooM. Ok 👍

The standard room is very spacious and well taken care of when I arrived. The free shuttle bus service to and from the airport is also very convenient.
