The hotel is very good, there is a swimming pool, meeting room, gym, spa museum, bar, hotel service staff is very polite, especially Mr. Mehmet. He sent us free fruits and coffee, tea. He is particularly enthusiastic, helping us. Thank you very much.

Es mangelt an Hygiene, Beschwerden werden nicht ernst genommen. Es gibt nur einige Gute Mitarbeiter, Kellner Ahmet Demir, Eylem Aksin, Eylem Brak, Firat Beyazadam, Mehmet Tari, Rezeption Savas, Pinar und Süleyman. Schlechte Mitarbeiter Rezeption Kadir, Kellnerin Gaye, Zimmermädchen Zehra, alle Köche. Direktor Ali Tanis. Nie wieder das Hotel hat keine 5 Sterne verdient, ich werde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. They charged my credit card for both rooms without even asking. We only found out at check out that the rooms have been paid. I specifically chose the 'pay at the hotel' option, so that we could pay separately for each room. The hotel spa was cold, dirty and incredibly smelly, and the jacuzzi didn't work. The pool was fine, but you had to walk in your wet bathing suit through the lobby where all the staff were wearing their winter coats (it was freezing) to get to the saunas and the changing rooms. Just terrible! I was so disappointed. Also, there were not bathtubs in the rooms even though the description said as much. However, the room was spacious and relatively clean; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection of foods.

A hotel is only as good as its crew -- and let me tell you the staff, from the front desk to bell boys to wait staff and cleaners -- is ever so eager to help. I stayed here for 5 nights and declined to move to another hotel at my company's request. Even the chef went out of his way to make me something special suitable to my South East Asian palate. And no, I didn't even request it. Goes to show they had wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I recommend this hotel highly for any business travel to Diyarbakir!

As a female solo traveler, I was looking for the safest and affordable hotel to stay, breakfast came with the package PERFECT! I met kindhearted caring and wonderful staff. I am glad i stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel at Diyarbakir. I found Radisson Blu Hotel at Booking. Com.
