The hotel is very good, there is a swimming pool, meeting room, gym, spa museum, bar, hotel service staff is very polite, especially Mr. Mehmet. He sent us free fruits and coffee, tea. He is particularly enthusiastic, helping us. Thank you very much.
Sehr gepflegt, Personal super freundlich, wir kommen aus Deutschland und würden definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und haben direkt Begrüßung Getränke bekommen die aufs Haus gingen. Zimmer sehr gepflegt, und sauber.

Extremely pleased with our 5 day stay. Not only did they upgrade our room, it was nice to see all smiling faces. Accomodations was great in every way. The room was new, very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were amasing. Honestly nothing less than great overall. We will be back.

Kasım Hoca was very kind and interested with me at my first day at fitness. He was with me while applying all of my excersizes and ready to answer my questions. In addition to that fitness saloon was not so crowded and I think that the cleaning was also very good.

Remziye was very helpful and friendly. the massage was very relaxing and badly needed. The bath was very good and refreshing. Would recommend if staying in the hotel. The facilities are very clean and welcoming. There is a sauna and steam room also available .

Our room was very comfortable and the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. We had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel. It is in the new part of the town close to some nice restaurants for dinner. It took us about ten to fifteen minutes to drive to the walled city and parking there was easy.

I traveled to Diyarbakir on holidays with my family, really loved this hotel! Very clean and welcoming place. Staff was so friendly and helpful, starting from guys at reception and ending with room cleaning ladies, amazing, will definitely come back!

A hotel is only as good as its crew -- and let me tell you the staff, from the front desk to bell boys to wait staff and cleaners -- is ever so eager to help. I stayed here for 5 nights and declined to move to another hotel at my company's request. Even the chef went out of his way to make me something special suitable to my South East Asian palate. And no, I didn't even request it. Goes to show they had wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I recommend this hotel highly for any business travel to Diyarbakir!
