お風呂の見た目は綺麗な新しいユニットバスだけど排水に髪の毛が沢山詰まっていてすごい流れが悪くてティッシュで凄い量の毛をとりました。 ２日目、部屋に戻ると部屋の清掃とタオル類の補充はされていました。が、布団の上に髪の毛が。。。自分の髪の色と違うし、長さも違うので絶対に私のでは無い。潔癖症では無いと思うけど部屋で何度も知らない人の毛を拾うのは嫌でした。 泊まるだけなら安いし良いと思うけどフロントの人も感じ悪くて、ムスッとしてるし、また行こうとは思わないかな。 立地はとても良いと思います。 道路側の部屋は夜中に外の音が結構聞こえるのと上の階の足音が聞こえるけど。

Meiner Meinung nach ist es das beste Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Susukino! Vom Bahnhof sind es etwa 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß! Es ist auch praktisch, weil es in der Nähe eine Einkaufsstraße Tanukikoji gibt. Der Check-in erfolgte in Selbstbedienung an einem Automaten, und wenn Sie Hilfe benötigen, ist das Personal so freundlich, Ihnen zu helfen☺️ Die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels war geräumig und komfortabel! Die Toilette, das Waschbecken und das Badezimmer sind getrennt, sodass man es an geschäftigen Vormittagen wunderbar mit anderen teilen kann!! Wenn Sie ein Hotel in der Innenstadt von Sapporo suchen, kann ich Ihnen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall empfehlen☺️😆

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

Als ich mich bei der Verzögerung der Ankunftszeit anmeldete, war ich froh, bevor er ins Zimmer ging, lachte er und sagte, danke für Ihren Kontakt. Es gibt einen Mietwagenwinkel im ersten Stock, Sie können kostenlos Haarwasser, Milchpulver, Reinigungsmittel usw. mieten. Dies ist ein günstiges Programm, das um 20:00 Uhr beginnt, aber das nächste Mal möchte ich nochmal leben. Ich bin auch zufrieden mit dem kostenlosen Kaffee. Reinigungspersonal heiße mich beim Abflug. Cospa ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, vor allem empfehle ich ein gutes Hotel für Kundenservice ♪

Die Lage war passend, 7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Susukino entfernt auf einer verschneiten Straße. Das gesamte Gebäude ist neu und die Gesamtausstattung, einschließlich der Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers, war wirklich gut. Es war großartig, es bequem und kostenlos genießen zu können, mit Massagesesseln, leichten Erfrischungen, Eis, Comics und einem Tisch im japanischen Stil im zweiten Stock. Darüber hinaus standen das öffentliche Bad und das Freibad kostenlos zur Verfügung, was sich hervorragend zur Linderung der Reisemüdigkeit auswirkte. Good hotel in good location... Clean room, good onsen, friendly employees... Lot of restaurants to choose nearby. Also many convenience stores and other shops...

Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.
