Great place! Excellent breakfast! Good service! The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition. Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

In der Kühlzeit habe ich einige verrückte Leute gesehen, wie sie auf dem Korridor lauten. Ich glaube, es ist kein Hotelproblem, sondern ein Gastproblem, aber unter der Voraussetzung einiger verrückter Leute werden Sie bei der Behandlung der Aufenthaltsverfahren besonders auf Gruppengäste achten. Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr nahe dem Flughafenbusstation und dem Fahrstuhl der Nakajima Koen Station. Es ist auch sehr nahe dem unteren Teil des Suskino-Bezirks und es gibt eine Menge von Restaurants wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Frühstück war ok, wir hatten schon ein besseres Frühstück, aber ehrlich gesagt ist das Frühstück tatsächlich sehr gut für diesen Preispunkt. Geschmackvolle Eiscreme ist während des Frühstücks verfügbar und es ist aus der Niseko Takahashi Farm. Im Lobby ist eine Kaffeewinkel und trinkt Getränke von 3-10pm iirc.

Good hotel in good location... Clean room, good onsen, friendly employees... Lot of restaurants to choose nearby. Also many convenience stores and other shops...

Second time staying here again in Sapporo, this time with my family! Location and service was fantastic the last time I stayed with my partner ✨ free hot bath that’s cozy and clean is also a plus! Room was a lil tight for 3 pax, the extra bed was a foldable one, so take note that it should be the lightest of your group to sleep on it haha 👀 Got to try their breakfast this time round and I must say it’s 3.5/5 , just because it the price you paid for, nothing super delicious but it begins early enough to get your stomach warm to start the day for your adventure! Highly recommend for travelers needing a place to stay and sleep without too much amenities/ space 👍🏻

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Da es neu gebaut wurde, war es sehr schwierig, den Standort zu überprüfen. Ich glaube, ich hätte große Probleme gehabt, wenn mich nicht ein Japaner auf der Straße angerufen hätte, um nachzusehen, weil mein Handy nicht verbunden war. Ich denke, es wäre sehr einfach, es zu finden, wenn man es als Ecke am Ende der Tanukikoji 2nd Street markiert. Nachdem man den Standort herausgefunden hat, liegt es in der Nähe des Odori Nijo-Marktes und des Kaufhauses Parco Daimaru. Das Frühstück ist überall das gleiche Tag, aber ich habe es drei Tage lang mit frischen Sapporo-Zutaten genossen und es gleichzeitig mit dem großen öffentlichen Bad im 14. Stock genossen. Es war schön, es nutzen zu können, ohne dass es zu voll war. Ich würde es gerne wieder nutzen, wenn ich nächstes Jahr nach Sapporo gehe.

Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.
