Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Totally we stay for 5 night, it was a lovely place to stay. Stunning view from double bed room’s window. The location is very close to the subway station, it is very importance especially on a snowy day. Transportation from/to new Chitose airport was easy by liner bus but be aware about timetable. All staff are very helpful. We love to have a healthy breakfast on the 1st floor. On the last day, we left very early in the morning, we’d got a lovely sandwich box instead of breakfast at the hotel. The price is reasonable. In summary, we were so happy to celebrate our 27th anniversary here.

Exceptional hotel experience! The hotel staff exceeded my expectation to a 5 stars hotel! I wrote a letter to the hotel to show my gratitude to their services! I would definitely recommend Premier Hotel of Nakajima Park to anyone! The hotel is well maintained even it is not as new. Staff are helpful!! The breakfast was outstanding and they provide a main course alongside buffet! Daytime free drink and soup at the lobby restaurant! Nakajima Park right at the door, fresh air and ponds and woods cleanse my body and spiritually!

Hotel location is excellent, it’s just next to Sapporo train station. There is an underground passage linking the hotel with the main department store, we don’t even need wearing a thick coat to go to the train station during winter. Complementary breakfast are surprisingly good, both Japanese options and buffet style option. A lot tasty good. We will definitely come back again when we need hotel in Sapporo city.

Ein großes Hotel mit vielen Restaurants (die während unseres Aufenthalts vollständig reserviert wurden). Einfach zu vielen Attraktionen und bequemen Platz von Kaffee und Starbucks. Das Zimmer war komfortable, aber nicht sehr klangfest. Die Gäste oben waren sehr bemerkenswert; viele Fußstapfen und bewegen sich ab 7:00am, was nicht ideal war. Große Dusche, Wasserdruck war brillant und die Badeprodukte waren gut.

家族3人で1泊しました。 エキストラベッドを入れると少し部屋は狭いですが(スーツケースを広げるとスペースが無くなる)、最近改装されたのかとても綺麗でした。 大浴場があります。露天風呂もありますが景色は見れません。ですが外気に当たり気持ち良いです。大浴場もこまめに清掃されて清潔でした。 繁忙期で宿泊客が多いからか、チェックイン時間がキッチリ決まっており、「4時にチェックインのお客様〜お待たせしました〜チェックイン開始します〜」と案内されました。皆さんロビーで待機されていました。 レストランは使用していませんが、朝食の雰囲気、とても良かったです。 札幌駅からは少し遠い(徒歩20分くらいでしょうか)ですが、のんびり歩いて、大通りやすすきのなど札幌市内の散策も良いかと思います。

Die Lage war perfekt und das Hotel Vibe war warm und gemütlich. Ich fühle mich sicher in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war klein, aber es war komfortabel. Kein TV im Zimmer, aber Sie werden für den ganzen Tag draußen sein und rund. Es wäre sicher wieder hier, aber die Preise sind hoch.

around 5 mins walk from South Exit and mostly indoor, plenty of restaurants and shops to go. the room is decent, 35/F Sky lounge bkfast is super!

Vor kurzem wurde uns erlaubt, außerhalb der Aomori Präfektur zu reisen. Wir buchten Flugtickets und Hotel 3 Tage im Voraus. Nach der Ankunft wurden wir unverzüglich von professionellem und freundlichem Personal begrüßt. Unsere Temperaturen wurden genommen und alle Vorsichtsmaßnahmen wurden beibehalten. Unser Zimmer war geräumig mit Blick auf die Berge und einen Fluss. Das Badezimmer war groß mit separater Dusche und Badewanne. Die Kleider und Slips wurden geliefert. Unser Aufenthalt umfasste Frühstück und es war lecker. Besonders die gemacht, um Omelette zu bestellen. Frisches Obst, Gemüse, Süßbrot und Fleisch sowie mehrere japanische traditionelle Frühstücksartikel wurden angeboten. Plastikhandschuhe werden für die Eigenbedienung gegeben. Jeden Morgen erhielten wir einen warmen Grüß und Kaffee vom Manager. Jeder im Essensraum und im Hotel hat uns begrüßt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Bus, der jede Stunde zum Hauptbahnhof und Einkaufszentrum Sapporo fährt. Dies war ein großer Nutzen des Hotels. Wir werden zurückgehen und für das Winterfestival bleiben! Wir waren auf dem 9. Stock.
