Es ist ein Business-Konferenzhotel, nicht weit vom kleinen Flughafen der Stadt entfernt und man kann bequem Uber nehmen. Die Fahrt in die Stadt dauert einfach zu lange, die Japan Street dauert fast eine Stunde und die umliegenden Einrichtungen sind mangelhaft. Das Hotel hat einen Standard-Business-Stil, etwas alt, das hängt von den persönlichen Vorlieben ab.

Hochwertiges Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und Essen. Sehr gute Lage. Da Haustiere auf allen Etagen erlaubt sind, bellen sie zu jeder Tageszeit, auch nachts, und stören so Ihren Schlaf.

2nd time at this hotel and for good reason! Aside from the amazing staff service and clean room, the one thing I always look for is a decent gym. This place has a full gym with equipment ranging from bench press to even a smith machine. Would definently go again!

A little outside the best areas in Sao Paolo but excellent facilities

I like the swimming pool most in this Hotel. The rooms are pretty large and also bathrooms. Amenities in the room are satisfying. The bar next to the lobby is fun, you can hang out comfortably. The service is very good.

Grand Hyatt and its staff was so helpful and wonderful. The best hospitality we have experienced so far. Thank you Grand Hyatt São Paulo team!

We (family of 4; kids aged 15 & 9) stayed 5 nights between Christmas & New Year's Eve - 2 rooms on the 22nd floor (2221 & 2209). We had a very late check-in, but had communicated this in advance to the hotel so this was no problem at all for Reception to handle. We upgraded ourselves to the Club Lounge upon arrival. The rooms were big and very comfortable, with a large ensuite. The large glass window/wall provided an excellent view out over the rest of the city. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was a little limited, but the service was excellent and eggs/omelette could be tailored to suit. Breakfast is also served in the ground floor restaurant (although we didn't try this during our stay). The outdoor pool area is very nice (although the street noise from over the wall is noticeable & he pool temperature is a bit colder than I think is preferable). Unlimited towels & plenty of sunbeds, as well as a bar make it very enjoyable to relax there. The service though is what made our say so good. None of the staff have problems speaking English (a clear distinction with the rest of Brazil) and they ae very friendly & helpful.

The staff was fantastic, from the very first moment, after a mix-up with airport transportation. They took wonderful care of us. The room was very clean. We ate often at the hotel restaurant, which had a wonderful buffet of Brazilian food. The entire staff was kind and accommodating, and eased our fears about our lack of Portuguese. We got great recommendations and help with taxi transportation around the city, and the concierge desk was super helpful with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the food was great! The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay; special thanks to Joáo, Aryane, Guillermo, and all of lobby staff!

Really nice hotel and the staff was amazing. We like the area although is a little far from the Main attractions
