Kurz gesagt, es ist komfortabel und sehr sauber! Es fühlt sich angenehm an, sobald ich die Tür betrete. Das Zimmer ist nicht klein, sehr einfach.

Das Mercure Wuhan Yangluo Development Zone befindet sich am Ufer des Chaibo-Sees mit schöner Landschaft und bequemen Transportmöglichkeiten. Das Wanda Plaza liegt 100 m entfernt, der Campus Xinzhou No. 1 Zhongyangluo und die Xinzhou No. 3 Middle School sind leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, mit gutem Service!

Ich habe dieses Hotel für eine Geschäftsreise gewählt. Der Aufzug hatte keine sichere Kreditkarte. Der Spind im Zimmer war zu klein, um die Tür normal mit Gepäck zu öffnen. Das Schlimmste war, dass es nicht schallisoliert war. Ich wusste nicht, ob es ein Mahjong-Raum oder etwas lautes war. Ich konnte überhaupt nicht schlafen.

The hotel is well located both to the old and new estate which is less then 15 mins drive providing foods and entertainment.

Just terrible! As soon as I checked in, the front desk operator asked me to cancel my ctrip reservation and book the room using another app, just to have free breakfast which I discovered was only a bowl of noodles because the cooks were on vacation. Of course I didn't do it because in case of problem ctrip was my only guarantee in a place like that...few days later I had the demonstration that I was correct and my choice paid back. In addition I had to copy my passport by myself because the operator was not able to use the printer. This was just the beginning... The room was dirty, the cleaner just moved the dust from one side to another of the room, cleaning only few areas and keep complaining she was the only one working, she was tired and not well paid. I found a bag of food behind a curtain probably of a previous guest, not sure how long has been there, I didn't want to look inside. Persistent smell of smoke. Towels smelled bad, like they have been wet for long time and never been washed with soap. After using the towel for the first time, I had to shower again to remove the bad smell from my body. My wife immediately found a bug, we see the service coming inside the room without knocking the door. The first days we didn't care so much until when the last day, with our big surprise, a relative came to visit us and he walked directly inside the room without using any card. In that situation we discovered that the lock was broken and anyone can come inside the room without using any card. This clearly shocked and scared me and my family, then after few hours, thanks to ctrip and the manager of the hotel, the problem was fixed. I think this hotel was a bad journey inside a nice journey. For sure it's not a 4 stars hotel, probably just a 2 or 3 stars and for sure it's too expensive for the quality of the room and the service provided. If I will come back again? Maybe after many years if I will be able to forget all of this...

Nice hotel with a superlative breakfast

酒店停車方便，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房問隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。 特別是前台服務很好熱情效率高，基本有求必應，住的很滿意！

完美的早餐，熱情的前台美女，責任心極強的經理。房間潔凈，冷飲充足，還能投屏球賽。開窗即可眺望悠悠湖水。必須點贊

房間挺不錯，大而乾淨，湖景非常漂亮。早餐也不錯，整體體驗感非常不錯，下次還會選擇入住。吃飯出行也都非常方便

非常好的一次入住體驗，美居對面就是柴泊湖，金色盡收眼底。 房間標準化設施與全季很相似，乾淨 整潔，一樓大廳開闊，停車位充足。 早餐挺好，滿足我們需求，牛肉麪特別贊

舒適，設施齊全，靠馬路的房間還是稍微有點吵，前台服務熱情，送的水果還是挺不錯

房間很大很寬敞，床墊也舒服，窗簾遮光效果賊拉好，睡眠質量也提升了不少。多種燈光控制，很有巧思。早餐種類多，可選擇性大。服務人員特別是前台小姐姐很熱情也專業。窗外就是柴泊湖，有霧的早晨特別有感覺。

出行這麼多地方，住在陽邏的美居酒店，真的是有賓至如歸的感覺，前台的美女劉經理更是熱情周到服務深受感動，下次出行還會入住陽邏美居酒店。
