Bemerkenswerte Erfahrung. Ruhige Lage, fühlt sich auch sehr privat an. Das Personal war unglaublich, fürsorglich. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, wir haben alles bekommen, wonach wir gefragt haben, obwohl es bereits im Voraus viele Optionen gibt. Sie sollten in Betracht ziehen, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten oder bereit sein, nach Fira zu laufen (30 Minuten zu Fuß), und von dort aus können Sie überall hinkommen, wo Sie wollen. Außerdem bietet das Hotel selbst Fahrten zu Festpreisen an. Haben Sie keine Angst davor, nach Imervogili / Fira zu laufen und Busse zu benutzen :)

What an amazing place this was. I cannot say enough about the staff, the rooms or the view. We felt like we had rockstar service and attention here and the view was stunning. There really are no words for the sunsets here. The place is perfectly positioned on the island along the main road to Oia. You can walk into Imerovigli and into Fira a bit further. It’s also right on the famous hiking path that goes from Fira to Oia which you can just hope on and go one way or the other. We did the hike to Oia and it was amazing. The pool was the perfect temperature and the pool loungers were comfortable, clean and maintained. The hotel only has about 8 rooms and it makes the place feel private and exclusive. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. We had the honeymoon suite which has a loft area where the bed is located. It was quite and the bed was comfortable and always made up and ready. The bathroom was large and clean. Water pressure was very good and the shower was pleasant. THE STAFF!!! OMG. The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast brought to our room every morning and ate on the balcony overlooking the pool area. They made sure we had everything we needed and we’re always smiling and polite. Top notch breakfast choices, by the way. You will always find something you like. We also had use of the hot tub in the windmill for 1 hour and we chose to watch one of the famous sunsets from there. An experience we will never forget. Speaking of sunsets. You don’t need to stand in the crowds of Oia to watch the sunset. Just stay here and you’ll get the best views of the sunsets you can ever imagine. Without the crowds!! These guys are making dreams here. Please stay with them. You won’t regret it. I promise. Ps. Be sure to try Taverna Tasos for dinner which is within 3 mins walking from Caldera’s Memories. Great little family run taverna with fantastic traditional Greek food. You’ll feel like part of the family!!

We spent 5 nights here in late September early October. Very friendly staff. Beautiful setting on the cliff top. Very quiet surroundings and always room around the pool. You will need warmer clothes for the evening at this time of year, but was warm by day.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Intimate and quiet with an incredible view. Staff goes above and beyond. Will dream about coming back

A lovely peaceful little hotel if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Santorini. Just be aware that although it’s not far from Imerovigli, it is a steep walk up the hill so not something you’d want to do in the heat of the day - but as long as you know that, it has great rooms, lovely views and very helpful staff.

Superb, obliging staff, who were extremely helpful, organising taxi's, quad hire, restaurant recommendations and booking. Whole place was spotlessly clean

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Calderas Memories, staying in the Honeymoon Suite (Room 12). We wanted a hotel with the Caldara view but didn't want to be stacked on top of each other like other hotels. The hotel is perfectly placed on the quieter stretch of the Fira to Oia walking trail. As the hotel has only 8 rooms you get the feeling of having the place to yourself like a private villa for most of the time. There is always someone at reception during daylight hours for helpful advice. The pool area looks out over the Caldera and so do all the sea facing rooms and benefit from the amazing sunsets. The cleanliness of all areas and rooms are worthy of 5 stars. The staff are a credit to the property the breakfasts are plentiful and can be taken on your balcony. There is a handy bus stop a few hundred yards away so you can take advantage of the local transport. A 15 minute walk sees you in the quaint little village of Imerovigli with good choices of restaurants and 50 minutes along the trail to Fira with stunning views of the Caldera which changes at every turn. As a stop off to Fira we recommend the path down to Skaros rock but don't miss the church that is on the other side of the rock as many people do. If you are wanting a small boutique style hotel with a quiet and personal feel then look no further than here. We hope to return one day.

We booked this hotel for the sunset view and it didn’t disappoint - we enjoyed a sunset from the poolside without any crowds. The hotel rooms and pool are also very private compared to others you see in Santorini. Service is impeccable. This hotel is definitely a 4+ star hotel. Great value for money
