A fantastic family holiday. The room was very clean and comfortable with good facilities. Excellent location for Pyrgos and exploring the Island. The Breakfasts and bar/ restaraunt foods are fabulous and the pool and surrounding area very relaxing for a day or evening after sight seeing. Have not stayed anywhere else before where ALL the staff are so cheerful, friendly, helpful, knowldgeable and attentive. Would not change a thing. The staff are truly amazing

We arrived at the end of May for a four day break for my daughters 13th birthday. We booked the Maisonette suite with private pool and it was fabulous. Although the rooms are quite basic, it was clean and the housekeepers kept it that way throughout our stay. The outdoor pool and view was the main bonus. The staff were helpful and friendly, any questions or requests were always welcomed and dealt with efficiently. The reception manager was lovely (didn’t catch her name) and also another lady who worked the reception, always smiling and smiling welcoming you back to the hotel after a long day exploring the stunning island. I travelled with my 13 year old and 16 year old daughters alone and always felt extremely safe. We had breakfast included, it wasn’t amazing, but it was enough to set you up for the day. We ordered drinks at the hotel and also food for lunch one day and it was lovely, much better than the breakfast options. Overall amazing, small, what felt like a boutique hotel, with stunning views, welcoming friendly staff in a great location. The only downside I would say was the lifeguard/ pool man who informed my 13 year old who can confidently swim that she had to stay in the shallowest end of the pool at all times despite me being next to the pool. When I questioned this he said it was his and the hotels rules. It was quite irritating given my daughter wanted to make use of the pool which I had paid a lot of money to stay at a hotel that had one and she couldn’t make use of.

Loved our stay at this hotel, all of the staff were super helpful, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble, exemplary service was seamless, all were very attentive without being intrusive for the duration of our stay. Reception /communal areas bright clean and welcoming, The room, bright, light and airy, very comfortable bed, our room had a great view down to the coast, the only thing that let the room down was the bathroom, although functional & always plenty of hot water it was a bit tired and dated in need of refurbishing, some cracked tiles and shower taps loose, with a very small shower tray and despite the curtain the floor got really wet, hence 4⭐️ otherwise it would have been an easy 5⭐️ Restaurant- fabulous, breakfast - outstanding selection of food catered to all tastes. Dinner menu great & plenty of vegetarian options. I can also recommend the cocktails 🍹 The picturesque Pool area has a very laid back chilled vibe going on, and it’s spotlessly clean, instant happy summer feelings here 😎 and a view to die for, not to forget the spectacular sunsets. It’s a small island but there is plenty to do, I would definitely recommend staying here, it’s close enough to the hustle & bustle of Fira but far enough away, this is the perfect place to relax & recharge🤩

Excellent hotel, lovely, helpful staff. Staff on reception were extremely knowledgeable. Breakfast was exceptional, so much choice, my favourite was yogurt, honey and fresh fruit. View from our room was of the village and Profit is Ilias, breath taking!

I was there for 3 days/2 nights. The early check-in was amazing. The breakfast was a good spread with one spoilt for choice between the cold and the cooked. The layout of the hotel was great and the staff - the staff!! kudos !!
my one "did not like" was that laundry was expensive - like stupendously expensive. Take your iron !

We usually go self catering when travelling to Greece but thought we would give this hotel a try. It is our fourth trip to Santorini the first in 1987, so we have seen many changes in the island. This is a first class hotel. We were on the second floor and we could see quite a lot of the island. The pool was good and bigger than we had expected. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing. The diversity of choice incredible. A very big thank you to Mike, Riccardo, Julia and George for making our stay extra special and being so attentive. They patrolled the pool area making sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely go back to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended
