Mega nette Personal, die warem immer hilfbereit, auch wenn wir schon aus gecheckt. Haben uns Orte und Restaurants empfohlen, bei reservieren immer uns geholfen. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet. leckerer und frischer Frühstück. Mit Jacuzzi kann mal das warmes Wetter genießen.

Great apartment, spacious and comfy. Our check in took very long. We were exhausted and tired and didn't need to spend over an hour talking about what we already knew. He was trying to be helpful, but ignorant of our condition. Check in should be quick and fast, no need to try to sell us car rental, excursions, etc on arrival. We already had everything planned. They don't apply paper towels or laundry detergent. Store across the street sells it. About a 10 min walk to the bus station.

My first impression was "wow the rooms look as beautiful as they are in the photos", the breakfast was fantastic, everything is spotless. I loved being able to come back and relax in the hot tub after the hustle and bustle of Thira. Most importantly, the staff are absolutely brilliant at what they do, especially Liza, she is a credit to Irene City Villas, and she made our holiday much more enjoyable with her recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt really well looked after!

This property was just perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect, the grand suite was more than big enough to fit all of us. We are traveling with 3 daughters ages less than 10 and this hotel was just the best. But most of all Liza was just amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left she was so great with our daughters . We built long lasting memories thanks to Liza and Irene City Villas. Thank you!

Super lovely hotel near Fira central. Very helpful staff, they gave us good recommends about restaurants near the hotel. The best part was breakfast which was served in our room - self made pancakes and waffles and even orange juice was fresh pressed. Every day we got to decide of many options what we want to eat next morning.

Excellent service and really made to feel welcome by the hosts. They had great suggestions, helped with transportation and bookings for restaurants and tours. Breakfast was excellent and they even packed us a take away breakfast for an early flight we had. Highly recommended.
