What a fabulous Hostel. The staff and volunteers offered tips and suggestions for a wonderful time in Santiago. Each guest gets an individual tour of the Hostel upon arrival, so you know where everything is straight away. I would like to mention some of the staff by name as they provided me with a terrific experience. They were Mario, Claudio, Basti, Santi, and the volunteers Julius, Stefan, Pascal. The people I met were all very friendly and both the Xmas and New Years Eve parties were a fabulous experience. I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TIME AT THIS HOSTEL AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

A great little hotel right next to Santa Lucia hill. The staff are very friendly, Raul at reception was extremely helpful with recommendations and general information. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom while small, was well appointed and had a great shower. The continental breakfast was good. The rooftop bar at the hotel is a highlight and Lastarria restaurants and bars are only a short 5 minute walk away. Museums, the theatre and shops are not too far away. Sundays and Mondays are very quiet in Santiago with not much open, including many restaurants and all of the museums. Happy to recommend this hotel.

Ich habe für Geschäftsreisen geblieben! Es ist eine gute Lage, zu Fuß nach Koreatown und Santiagos Hauptattraktionen (Kathedrale usw.), und es ist auch eine gute Lage für Fahrzeuge durch Uber gleichzeitig! Es gibt einen Park direkt vor dem Hostel, so können Sie durch die Fenster des Hostels oder vor dem Hostel gehen, um die Parkplätze und Leistungen im Park zu sehen! Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Aufgrund der Eigenschaften eines Einzelzimmers kann der Dusche, Klimaanlage und Radiator die Spuren der Zeit fühlen. Aber es ist nicht unkomfortabel und hat alle Einrichtungen und Gegenstände, die das Hotel braucht! Dies empfiehlt die Unterkunft nicht nur für Geschäftsreisen, sondern auch für Reisen!

Nice central location with Santa Lucia just over the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to things like the Hop on Hop off bus stop for Santa Lucia if you’re planning to do that. I had a room on the 14th floor that looked like it needed a deep clean. The windows were streaked with hand prints, the bathroom had chunks dented out of the walls and one of the floor boards was missing part of a panel - it actually slid backwards and forwards when you walked on it. Not sure when the last time anyone from Accor Hotels inspected the property. Pool not open at this time of year. No day spa. Breakfast buffet was the same thing every day and the only hot options were runny scrambled eggs or sliced cooked sausage. Cold selection was nice though with lovely sliced fruits and a good bread and pastry selection. Convenience store located right next door if you needed to pop out for any items. The area is frequented by beggars and street merchants. I was advised by hotel staff not to walk alone and to carry my bag across my front. Probably not the safest area for solo female travellers to wander around.

O hotel em sí é muito bom, parece bem novo em toda sua estrutura. O quarto duplo é bem confortável, bastante espaçoso e o ar condicionado bem potente. A única ressalva que faço é com relação ao chuveiro, pois é muito frio, a água não esquenta de maneira nenhuma. No período que fiquei estava fazendo bastante calor na cidade, então não chegou a ser um incômodo tão grande, porém no inverno, acredito que isso seja um problema. A limpeza é impecável, bem como o atendimento do pessoal do café da manhã que considerei muito bom. Lí muitos comentários criticando essa parte, porém, eu particularmente achei muito bom e bem variado. A localização é ótima, pertinho do metrô, estação Santa Lucía e de pontos turísticos da cidade.

Ich kam zum Hotel Fundador um 16:30 Uhr am Tag 28/10/2022. Es gab keinen Mitarbeiter am Eingang für Hilfe oder Orientierung. Als ich auf dem Balkon füllte, stand ich auf dem Check-in-Formular, ich habe mich neben, auf einem Sitz, meine Sachen. Als ich abgeschlossen habe, habe ich festgestellt, dass alle gestohlen wurden, eine Tatsache, die durch die Aufnahme einer Sicherheitskamera bestätigt wurde, die darauf ausgerichtet sein sollte, das Hotelvermögen zu überwachen, ohne die Gegenstände der Gäste während der Einreise völlig zu berücksichtigen. Was es erkannt wurde, war, dass ein Transient eingeschleppt wurde, der sich näherte und nahme, ohne dass ich merkte oder war, mein Gepäck. Ich konnte wieder zurück, weil ich die Dokumente in den Händen, die für die Identifizierung verwendet wurden. Ich konnte die Aufnahmen nicht sehen, es wäre notwendig, die Sicherheitsfirma zu warten, das ist ein Bericht des Tagesmanagers. Wir haben nicht nur uns gebeten, eine solche Haltung zu behalten, sondern wir haben erst nachdem das Hotel sehr stark gefordert hatte, einen Beamten zu begleiten. Die Tageszeiten, die wir dort verblieben, wurden abgerechnet, aber am 29. Tag kehrten wir zum ersten möglichen Flug nach Rio de Janeiro zurück, und zwar ab 5 Uhr nach Rio de Janeiro, wo wir wohnten (ab 2 Uhr nach Flughafen). Der Savon ist groß, das Aussehen ist gut, ich mag alte Hotels, aber wenn wir fragen, ob es einen Sicherheitsbeamten gab, es war eigentlich nicht, die Tür ist nicht geschlossen und es gibt keine Tür. Ich hatte Santiago schon besucht und die Erfahrungen waren gut, nie in diesem Hotel, dessen Aussehen auf der Website und ”live”, vor allem die der Unterkunft, nicht stimmt, ist sehr anders,das Zimmer vorgestellt ist nicht erkannt. Die Website ist nicht ehrlich. Das war die schlimmste Reiseerfahrung meines Lebens.

4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

Perfekte Lage und wandelbar zu vielen Restaurants, Parks, Costanera Tower, etc. Service war großartig. Sehr sauber und komfortabel! Wir liebten es! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Dusche im Fitnesszentrum für frühe Ankunft. Die Dachaufsicht war erstaunlich für Frühstück, Bar, etc.
