Apart Hotel B

When we were standing outside the hotel on the platform a staff loudly accused us “HAVE YOU BEEN SMOKING IN THE ROOM” and we said “We are not smokers”. He did not apologise and just went back inside. The breakfast consisting of a banana, boiled egg, 2 slices of bread with a sachet of jam and butter along with a tetra pack of juice is packed & kept in the room. The qty is not enough. We are vegetarians and requested to replace the boiled egg with a banana & the responses was a loud “NO”. We were 8 of us in 4 rooms for a few nights. We all experienced rude staff and when we discussed among ourselves we came to know that all had issues with the staff. We came to the conclusion that they were racists. Hence Indians as us & other brown skin paying customers are not welcome here. KEEP AWAY.

This hotel was really garbage. The staff were extremely rude and gave wrong information on purpose every time we asked a question. The room was dirty and there were stains on the sheets. When we asked for a change they said there will be an additional charge to clean the sheets. After we left they sent some bogus email about missing towels and kept the security deposit. Would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Actually we liked everything except That the airconditioing was kind of slow cooling the place. Otherwise the apartment was in top condition.

Incredible value for the price. You can walk to quite a few iconic destinations from the hotel —such as Lastarria and Patio Bellavista. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed!

Hot water is non existent

Rooms are nice and cosy. Management is very nice and helpful. Area around the property is disappointing. Not a nice area to walk - there is a lot of homelessness, graffiti; shops and streets look rundown.

I was very happy to stay in the apart B hotel, except the shower that needs a full door because everytime I went to take a shower lots of water keep falling on the floor. If you guys update the shower I will consider it. Otherwise no. I was very unhappy with that issue. Thank you

Air conditioner sometimes makes noise

Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and Daniel at the front desk was an amazing host. The location is walking distance to everything. Highly recommended.
