Eigentlich kann man es kaum beschreiben, man müsste es erleben, aber nur, wenn man auf Camping an verlassenen, verfallenen und zugemüllten Orten steht. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Pool, Restaurant, Minimarkt… alles geschlossen, wobei man sagen muss, man hätte es auch nicht genutzt, in dem Zustand. Überall lag Sperrmüll rum (Matratzen, alte Schränke , alte Liegen). Wir schon bei anderen Bewertungen zu lesen ist, gibt es dazu noch „ null Kulanz“. Im Gegenteil, schön Vorkasse, welche nicht zurück bezahlt wird. Dies wird einem gleich am Anfang mitgeteilt. Erst nach Bezahlung bekommt man dann aber den Platz gezeigt und die „Infos“… ich kann mich der letzten Bewertung nur anschließen, ein Horrortrip!

Es ist das Geld nicht wert. Alles wirkt sehr alt. Ein kleines Bier kostet 7 € und sogar die Sonnenliegen am Strand müssen bezahlt werden – 50 € in der ersten Reihe. Sie wissen, dass es nichts anderes in Laufnähe gibt und deshalb ist alles sehr teuer. Das Housekeeping spricht kein Englisch und ist nicht amüsiert, wenn sie das Zimmer um 9:30 Uhr nicht sauber machen können.
Und die Dusche hat Salzwasser.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, however when I visited in mid September the beach bar was closed and the hotel was very quiet, given the secluded location, it felt a little like a ghost town! There was access to local Naoussa by public transport, but this started late morning and ended by 6pm meaning I regularly had to get a €15 euro taxi.

The staff where so friendly and rooms so nice and cleaned every day. The breakfast was simple but nice and the big pool was lovely and clean and plenty of sun beds and the free shuttle bus at 7pm every night to Noussa was great and we went 7 times. The beach was lovely.

Lovely location. Stayed in the cottages. Nice and cleaned every day. Quite new. Pool is lovely, restaurant also. The bold guy from the restaurant understands the tourists. Free transfer included from and to the port. The the points for improvement: - Breakfast could be expanded. Little choice and the same every day. -Free shuttle not available. Broken on arrival and not fixed on Monday as promised. Not even on Wednesday. Solve the problem. -Poolbar all of a sudden closed all day without notice. -Cleaners very loud every morning and 7.00 am. Laughing, talking etc. -Ants in the accommodation. Be pro active at the frontoffice and solve the issues via the management. When solved, overall great stay.

an unforgettable holiday the perfect location as it is a short distance from Naoussa in an enviable position on one of the most beautiful beaches of Paros. Inside the structure there is a small supermarket, a characteristic restaurant and 2 swimming pools, one of which with bar service. Very courteous staff. In the surroundings of Santa Maria there are various taverns where you can taste the typical Greek dishes, an experience to be repeated absolutely.

We read several hundred reviews and they are mostly spot on. We rented one suit on the beach and two bungalows in the garden area for the 8 of us. The staff was beyond helpful and pleasant throughout our visit. Everything is self-contained if you want to spend much of your time in one place. Santa Maria is likely the nicest of the beaches - clear turquoise water, shallow and safe for kids, a nice swimming pool with excellent bar staff. The suites are right on the beach and have a patio, 4 chairs with a table, and an umbrella with two beach chairs. Many reviews express concerns about the cost of beach chairs with cabana on the beach. Two chairs plus the umbrella and stand are 30E for the back row and 40E for the two front rows. They are operated by an independent company that owns the adjacent restaurant and bar that plays fun pop music. These costs are the same as you’d pay at any other beach. The restaurant on the beach is incredibly tasty with excellent staff, as is the next door bar and surf shop where you can rent wind surfers, paddle boards, etc. The breakfast is simple continental that was entirely suitable. We’re not throwing ball is also a Restaurant at which we did not on the compound but other said it was fine. I highly recommend a place. We had a wonderful time.

Close to the beach, the room was clean. The water from the tap smelled badly and was salty. The room missed some basic things like cups or hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel. We could hear the load music from the pool area during the whole day. The stay on the beach wasn't enjoyable as music was too loud there too. The breakfast was poor, there were no fruits and no pastries. Only bread, butter, cereals, and some biscuits. We had a better breakfast in two stars hotels in Greece. The territory of the hotel is full of construction rubbish. The toilets next to the swimming pool didn't even have any soap. The swimming pool was sectioned off and used by the public for the children swimming classes - This wasn't mentioned in the hotel description. When we wanted to leave as we couldn't stay in such conditions and asked for at least a partial refund, we were refused and were offered to get free sunbeds. The staff just kept repeating that the booking is non-refundable, and they won't refund any money. Do not recommend this place.
