Nettes Haus in einer ruhigen Ecke der Stadt. Wer halbwegs gut zu Fuß ist, kann alles von hier aus bequem ablaufen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, das Bad sogar richtig gut. Das lokale Frühstück ebenfalls und das Personal aufmerksam und angenehm freundlich. Diverse Kleinigkeiten wie wackeliges WLAN, keine Schreibtischlampe oder auch das ignorieren von "dońt disturb Schild" sind kein Hindernis für mich, hier erneut abzusteigen.

Located in a nice quiet area. On arrival one room on top floor very hot and air conditioning unit very loud through ear plugs. Next room had springs coming up through mattress and very uncomfortable. This means I wouldn’t recommend. Breakfast was strange on first day with items like butter/jam being taken from plates of people who had just left and given to us. Second and third day better and made to order food was very good. The restaurant is good for dinner although need to book.

I have visited your business and it was pretty good and enjoyable for me . I do recommend for everyone to visit your restaurant and hotel . The meals were very tasty and mouthwatering . When i comes to the service , everything was on time and well done . Thanks a bunch )

If I could rate negative stars, I would! I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights directly on their official website 12 days in advance. At 2:00pm the day before we would arrive in Samarkand, Platan hotel canceled my reservations without explanation. AVOID THIS HOTEL. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will strand you without a hotel the day before you arrive. AVOID!

Good as hospitality, this place only need elevator, because everything else are perfect and nice , the stuff are very helpful , the room are wide and clean , the restaurant is amazing and complimentary for breakfast, they did all our orders , they just have difficulty of speaking English, the place nearby markets and very quiet at night , just consider that it is classic building and hotel , I have to tell that the hotel did everything good except that no elevator my grand mother suffered of that . Thanks for manger .

The hotel is tastefully decorated and very clean. The front desk speaks good English. Breakfast is awesome! Did not try the restaurant at the hotel though. There are many dining options nearby. However attractions are around 3km away.

This hotel feels like a home, it is in a residential section of Samarkand but we liked feeling we lived in the area and it is quiet. The staff in the hotel speak English and helped us to arrange a tour of the historic attractions. Breakfast is at the adjacent excellent restaurant also called Platan. Would stay here again!

Let's start by saying that I found the Uzbekistan hotel infrastructure to be average at best. Given the amount of tourism in the region I am still amazed that towns like Bukhara or Samarkand do not have great hotels. Platan House is OK to spend the night, but it is by no means a great hotel. Everything is clean. The location is nothing spectacular by any means. Restaurant staff take forever for orders. At night you will hear all other guests doors shutting/opening up given the big echo in the lobby/stairs area. Again, I hear this might be the best hotel in Samarkand - this is at best a 3 Star European Hotel. It did the job, but makes you wonder about the national standards
