Very elegant and a beautiful place to stay... i wanted to stay an extra day but they did not give me the same price value . It was more than double the price i paid per night. So i had to go to another hotel.

This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we have been to in all of Mexico! Everything was luxurious and the room was well appointed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Saltillo.

Everything was great, service, hygiene, comfort. Two thingsI didn't like at all, was the tiny swimming pool, about 100 cm deep all length it felt like toddlers pool. For the size of the hotel, it can fit maybe 6 people and it feels crowded. The area around it pleasant but also very small.
Second thing, no convinient parking. Car has to left on the street or else on a parking lot not connected to the hotel where you have to walk on the side walk out of the hotel and carry your thing all the way cuz there are no cartsyou can take there to transport yout luggage.
The parking to access the lobby for check in. Is always full because people park there for they're stay since there is no convinient parking lot.

Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and quiet.
Parking was not available near to the hotel so I had to use the valet parking services.
