The hotel was so clean and modern I loved the smell of the scent they had as soon as you walk in reception was really relaxing and reception staff were really friendly! Hotel room was huge and also really clean it was great for us as a family and my daughter had lots of space to play when we was up in the room, the beds were really comfy and we all had the best sleep every night during our stay I loved that it was a full queen size bed and not 2 single beds pushed together like most hotels. I wish we would have had a pool view as we didn’t have any view it was just the back street of the hotel. The restaurant was also lovely and the staff made us feel very welcome everytime we arrived, we was full board and the food was the usual buffet style some nights I couldn’t find anything I was keen on as it was a lot of fish also didn’t have much of a children’s option so my daughter lived of pasta and sauce for the fortnight but other than that it was fine. The fresh omelettes and pastries in the morning were really nice but we missed pork sausages!! The reason why I have given the review 3 stars was because of the entertainment and bar facilities On holiday we are used to more going on in the day and especially in the evening it didn’t really have any atmosphere at all and really let the hotel down We came to realise when we arrived that there was no mini disco for the children or evening entertainment only on Fridays and Saturdays and even on that night it wasn’t worth going to because it was late and our daughter (2) would be bored waiting for it to start with nothing else going on The hotel had so many families whilst we were staying and there could of been so much more the hotel could have done We usually like to go down dressed for the evening and have a drink in a bar or at the pool bar The hotel closed the pool area at 7pm with no access at all as they locked the door to that area and the children’s park The tapas restaurant attached to the hotel turned us a away as we didn’t want food so there was nowhere for us to go and relax with a drink whilst we waited for the restaurant to open which was a late time of 7:30pm This really did disappoint me and my family and did ***** away the holiday feeling for us We ended up having to leave the hotel every night when we would of preferred to spend more time in our hotel due to how nice everything else was Entertaining and atmosphere really lets down the hotel if it had these facilities then we would have had the perfect holiday

I don't even know where to start this review. all ”no way”. the fact that this is a 4 star hotel is out of the question! booked a suite. the room size is tiny as usual standard in a 4 star hotel. the woman who cleans the rooms constantly pounded on the door and demanded that we leave, as she does not have time to wait for us to leave, as she needs to leave🤦‍♀️ as a result, the room was not cleaned even once in 3 days. the pool is small, it smells strange and there are 2 sun loungers😂😂😂 there is not a single soul in the pool area. the hotel is positioned as a gastronome. breakfast is generally some kind of horror, photos are attached. there is no choice at all. 3-4 plates of an incomprehensible dish and that's it! before that we stayed at the Blaumar hotel, did not like it very much, friends advised me to try this one - the Blaumar result was very good 😂😂😂. of the pros: reception staff respond quickly, ready to help, close to the embankment, convenient parking

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine Woche von Barcelona nur in diesem Erwachsenenhotel zu bleiben. Die Rezeption-Personal waren alle freundlich, aber vor allem Bea, die sehr hilfreich war, Dinge zu gehen und zu sehen, während wir hier waren, weil das Wetter nicht das beste war. Die Zimmer waren wirklich schön, sauber und gemütlich, mit komfortablen Betten, aber die Kissen sind nicht so komfortable. Kann auch mit einem Tisch auf dem Balkon gemacht werden. Das Frühstück war eine gute Wahl mit der Möglichkeit, auch frisch gekocht zu bestellen und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und halten den Platz schön über. Das Spa war ein bisschen enttäuschend, da es nur Dampfraum und Sauna und ein Jacuzzi für 8 Personen hat, so dass wir nur einmal verwendet und der Spielraum war in der Woche wegen der Konferenz nicht verfügbar. Glücklicherweise hatten wir unsere eigenen Karten und Dominos. Insgesamt ein guter Besuch in Salou, wo wir Cambrils, Tarragona, Reus und Sama Park aus der Tourismussaison besucht haben. Ich bin sicher, es wäre ein Buzzing kommen Ostern weiter. Danke für den großen Gesamtservice.

The bad reviews are too harsh this hotel was unreal the staff were lovely and always made us feel welcomed. When we got into our room it was completely spotless not a single flaw anywhere I went with my mum and myself and we loved it the view from our room was amazing and we could see the pool and it was always cleaned every morning. my favourite was the food there was a variety of food and you could pick what you liked and didn’t like. The desert was pretty good you could choose to add extras like sprinkles and for breakfast there was so much that we loved you were able to add chocolate or toffee onto your pastry’s and there was a large selection. Its not too far from the shops but it is a little bit of a walk. This place was a bit out of our price range but it was worth it and I will definitely be coming back again

Wir blieben am Ende unseres Urlaubs hier, da die Wohnungen, die wir in der Woche waren, Mitte Oktober geschlossen. Erste Eindrücke waren gut, die Lobby- und Pool-Zone erscheint großartig. Es gibt ein Board mit Kinderaktivitäten über den ganzen Tag. Die Gepäcklagereinrichtungen waren sehr nützlich, da wir vor unserem Zimmer war vorbereitet und mit den meisten Tagen vor unserem Flug auscheckt. Pool ist eine gute Größe und sauber, obwohl ich sehe, dass dies im Sommer sehr besetzt werden würde. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich standardisiert, sie sehen ziemlich datiert aus und wenn das Sofabett aus war, es wäre kein Zimmer, um über den Balkon zu kommen. Toiletten sind vorhanden. Die Dusche war nicht groß, es war nicht gut heiß in der Nacht, obwohl es am Morgen besser war. Es gibt keine Schließung auf der Badezimmertür, die nicht groß ist, wenn Sie Jugendliche haben. Die Regeln im Hotel sind ziemlich aus dem Aussetzen. Karten im Zimmer präzisieren Regeln wie kein Rauchen auf dem Balkon, keine Verlasse des Taschen auf, während Sie Ihre Zähne schütteln, keine Toilette als Aschenraube usw. verwenden. Wir saßen am Balkon um etwa 11 Uhr, als alle Außenlichter auf den Balkonen ausgingen. Muss unsere Bettzeit gewesen sein. Eine Erlösung war das Essen. Es gab eine wirklich gute Auswahl zum Abendessen, und es war alles sehr nett. Sie haben auch eine kostenlose Wassermaschine, die einen schönen Wandel macht, aber die Getränke sind überpreist, so kostenloses Wasser war sehr notwendig. Der Kellner, der uns zu unserem Tisch führte, war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, aber einige der anderen Wartepersonal sah sehr elend, Grenze ungenau aus. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so nett, die Auswahl war nicht so gut und die einzigen Saftoptionen waren Orange und Pfeffer (keine Äpfel!). Sie haben einen ”Diät” Abschnitt mit niedrigem Fett-/Niedrigcholesterin-Objekt. Im Allgemeinen ist es kein schlechtes Hotel, aber ich erwartete besser von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Ich würde nicht nur zurückkehren, weil ich glaube, es gibt bessere wertvolle Hotels und Apartments in Salou.

My Husband and myself had a lovely week here with my Sister and Brother-in-law from the 13th-20th April and had a smashing time. Hotel very clean and modern. Everywhere was immaculate. You could not fault anything . We emailed beforehand and asked for a low floor which was no problem at all. What a lovely room it was. The staff were lovely and helpful. The food and drink outstanding. We were all inclusive and it is one of the best we have been to. You would have to be very picky to find a fault with this hotel. We WILL be booking again. All I will say is the week we went not all the bars were open in the town itself but that did not matter you had everything you could want in the hotel. Thank you to the bar staff in particular , you were the best, with a lovely bar manager. Forgot to mention there was an act of a Mother and her two sons called Sheila Weaver and the Weavers at the hotel on the Tuesday night. They were fabulous. What a cracking night we had.

In general the hotel was nice, we arrived and it was quiet. We visited the spa which was nice and the hotel is in a great location (about a 5 minute walk from the beach front) and 25 minutes from the theme park. Food- the food in the restaurant was decent but quite repetitive. However, having said that there was always something to eat. The only downside here at the restaurant was the waiters took a long time to ask us what drinks we wanted, sometimes we would be half way through before being approached. Also, there should be a snack bar by the pool which is open to all inclusive guests however this wasn’t open at all during our stay which was disappointing as we liked to go for walks, so if we missed lunch we had to wait until 7.30 for dinner. Bar - the two male servers were brilliant. Very attentive, friendly and quick. There is a good selection of local spirits however, I was on the all inclusive and when I asked there was only one cocktail available plus sangria, there are more available but you have to pay. The only downside was I had an issue which I raised with reception who maybe through a language barrier didn’t really acknowledge. I have been here before, 8 years ago and the hotel itself has drastically improved. It does feel very spa like with the music and decor. The only issue we had was on our last night there must have been a late arrival and we could hear everything in the corridor and above which meant we couldn’t sleep until 4pm.

Dieses Hotel für mich reserviert mein Freund & mein junger Sohn; vor allem für den Zugang zum PortaVentura Park; am wichtigsten Der Karibik-Wasserpark; wurde als vollständiger Zugang zu dem gesamten Park (unbegrenzt) angekündigt. & bei Eintritt in Wasserarbeit; wir wurden den Zugang verweigert & empfohlen, dass wir zusätzliche für speziell den Wasserpark zahlen müssen. Auch; Familienzimmer ist ein verdammtes altes wenig geluftreiches Zimmer mit großem Doppelbett & ein Sofabett; sehr verdammtes Badezimmer mit schrecklicher Dusche Mit Tag 2 haben wir bereits über die Fliegen nach Hause gedacht; aufgrund des Fehlens von Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, Restaurants in Park sind schreckliche Qualität & sehr wenig Wahl. nächstgelegenes Supermarkt ist ein heißer 15/20 Minen Spaziergang, Restaurants nahe gelegen ist in Salou (geringe Qualität wieder) Personal im Hotel scheint sehr wenig oder keine Englisch zu sprechen und sind überhaupt keine echte Hilfe. Schwimmbad-Regeln!!! - verrückte Regeln für den Schwimmbad; sehr strenge Schutzbeamte, die den Ort wie ein Gefängnis bewachen, keine Kugeln in den Pool, keine übermäßigen Sprung/Dycken in usw. - KEINE SUNGLASSE aus irgendeinem merkwürdigen Grund; muss ein Sicherheitsgrund sein, was über den UV-Schutz 2 Aufzüge im Hotellobby/Bar - beide Aufzüge aus der Reihenfolge ohne wirkliche Absicht, von dem, was ich gesehen habe; was nicht ideal war überhaupt mit meinem Sohn & Buggy up ein großer Flug von Treppen mehrmals am Tag Food; Ich bin auch der Meinung, dass ich eine Zeitslot für Frühstück & Tee reservieren muss. Ich habe niemals für Frühstück in einem Hotel reservieren müssen. Alles scheint wie eine Anstrengung. 0 Tischservice in der Hotelbar, beginnen Sie mit dem Ziehen von außerhalb der Stühle (wenn sich die Leute auf ihnen sitzen) um Mitternacht; Das Hotel ist insgesamt nicht schmutzig, aber ist nicht gut in irgendeiner Weise; schreckliche Einrichtungen; nichts für junge Kinder; Bilder online machen es scheint sehr kindfreundlich, aber ist weit davon entfernt; auch sehr vage in dem, was Ihnen für den Park etc zur Verfügung steht, aber so lasse es so werde ich nie wieder hier besuchen; Gesamtverschwendung von Geld und Zeit aus der Arbeit.

Just back a couple of days ago from a 5 day visit to Salou, our first to this are of Spain and also first time visitors to this hotel. To give you the short version, it’s a good hotel, not a great deal to worry about and I’d encourage you to consider staying here. Ignore the negative reviews which are largely based on personal circumstances than overall issues I’d say. To give a bit more detail though, on arrival we found several human skeletons on the forecourt and in the trees, thankfully this was part of the many Halloween decorations put out by the hotel. Certainly they didn’t belong to anyone who had starved as there is no shortage of food, more on that soon. Reception staff were great, and in fact all staff such as bar & receptionist etc were very helpful. First impressions were good and the main entrance area feels like you’re in a nice hotel. They give you wristbands to wear throughout your stay, which seems to be a thing for this brand of hotel. Depending on which hotel you’re in you seem to get a different colour, however nobody really checked the wristband noticeably so not sure how much they are used. They are not easy to take on and off so make sure they fit it losely if you want to be able to remove it at night etc. The room was fine, some say dated, yes maybe a little but no worse than any Premier Inn. The only thing I found was the walls are pretty thin, but wasn’t really a problem for me. Hot water can go from lukewarm to hotter than the sun, so one to be aware of. The only stressful thing was mealtimes at peak time, it can get extremely busy and chaotic. Getting food was no problem, there was never a shortage or long queues, it’s more the amount of people moving around the hall in different directions with hot food etc not looking where they’re going. Also some of the staff push these big carts around collecting plates etc, they seem to expect you to just move out of their way, the guy drove one into the back of my leg cutting it, and just shrugged. Basically, get there at the start of the sessions for a more chilled experience..! The pool seemed good but it was pretty Baltic so didn’t stay in there very much. The slides were good fun, they are around the side of the hotel so you could miss them if you don’t know where they are. There was a lifeguard managing the slides, but sent us down saying it was clear at the bottom when it wasn’t, leading to me and a 7 year old being stuck under a big Dutch guy..! (To be fair she said that was her favourite moment of the holiday so.. ) Nightly entertainment seemed good, they have a kids mini disco with all the same tunes every hotel in Spain uses, plus a bizarre Spanish version of the 80s Black Lace classic Superman. Then later there was further entertainment with a different act ever night including magicians and singers etc. There is also a sports bar showing football etc, so you can go in there and escape the Spanish Rod Stewart tribute act if you wish.
