The RarityArt Mini Hotel was great. In a wonderful location to central Salerno, the Ferry terminal and the station.
The check-in staff and the cleaning staff were friendly and so helpful and the unique design of the rooms was fun.
The building is undergoing some slight renovations at the moment - I didn’t notice any noise or disturbance from it, but scaffolding is up so just thought people might want to know.

非常糟糕的一次入住體驗，因為酒店位置不錯，歐美國家客人評價也可，所以雖然對B&B之類酒店不是特別鐘意，但還是預訂了一個90m2的帶陽台的套房。但入住後太失望了，所以衹能給一星：
-不誠實，歧視中國客人： 到達後，發現給到的根本不是預訂的房間（一共衹有6套，每套裝修都不同），馬上和前台電話聯繫了，但被告知所有房間都已經給出去了，第二天再説；第二天見到前台説第三天原來預訂的房間會空出來，可以搬進去，但又説其實房間沒有降級，我説可以給她看預訂房間照片，她一會兒説是預訂系統有問題，一會説是聯繫不上我，各種推卸責任，一句道歉也沒有
-衞生情況堪憂：毛巾發黑，其中有一天看到洗好的濕的浴巾隨便晾在走廊的架子上；我房間的浴室因為被漆成紅色，洗浴時水都是紅色的…
-設施老舊不便：酒店在一座老式大樓的二層，第一天到達時前台還在，幫我們搬了兩件行李，有電梯也不知運不運行，最後一天就沒人幫忙了衹能自己搬下來，着實有點吃力；而且大樓外面在維修，搭着腳手架，房間本來就暗這下就更暗了
-早餐簡陋：早餐不在酒店，得憑餐券去街角咖啡廳堂吃或打包，限定衹有一個羊角一杯咖啡
所以非常不推薦這個小酒店

Unfortunately, the owners/managers have decided to block me on WhatsApp and ignore my emails after they broke my iPad and have failed to do anything about it. It’s a shame, as my friend booked this hotel and I had high hopes, but after smashing my iPad and then blocking me after I left I am £100 out of pocket and my nice time in Italy has been ruined by this. Just beware of your possessions if you stay here!

Well-located hotel, one step to the bay and downtown, also 5 minutes to the ferry for Positano and Amalfi. Cozy place with all the accessories needed on a trip, a well-maintained place in a historic building with the most friendly staff. We will return!!

Great location. Not too far to walk from the station or to the boats for the Amalfi Coast, or to loads of close by restaurants. The breakfast, at the café around the corner, was excellent. Anna and Massimo made us feel very welcome.

Spent 3 nights' at the RarityArt Minihotel in the Renoir room and loved it. The check-in staff member (Mattheus) was incredibly kind, helpful and great at giving recommendations for places to eat and things to see. The rooms each having a unique art theme and style was lovely and despite the very hot 30+ degree days, the air-conditioning in the room worked a treat and it was always kept so clean. The hotel is also super convenient for getting to the Ferry/ Station, to the centre of town or to the beach. The only thing for people to keep in mind is the 20 or so marble stairs from the ground floor to the hotel on the first floor, but honestly, it didn't bother me. Would absolutely stay here again!

Passata una sola notte a fine dicembre ..due coppie di amici. Allora il locale molto piacevole, l'accoglienza al checkin così così, i problemi sono iniziati col lavello del bagno intasato da capelli che abbiamo dovuto disostruire con mezzi di fortuna, perdita di acqua dal lavello di cucina, rottura inattesa della macchinetta del caffè in cialde. Nonchè in 4 persone due soli asciugamani da doccia (forse uno per coppia ...). La mattina seguente è intervenuta una gentilissima collaboratrice ma ormai i danni erano fatti. Per un prezzo non indifferente . Non ci ritornerei.

Posizione strategica tra il lungomare e il centro. Appartamento molto pulito e accogliente, con tutti i comfort necessari. Forse un po' rumoroso considerato l'intenso traffico delle strade su cui affaccia. Ideale per i bambini che possono godere di molto spazio a disposizione.
Il palazzo in cui è situata la struttura è in ristrutturazione per cui l'impatto potrebbe non essere dei migliori, ma varcata la soglia del bed&breakfast si entra in un luogo piacevole e accogliente. Colazione soddisfacente da consumare al bar posto proprio di fronte all'ingresso del palazzo.
Proprietari e personale di servizio molto gentili e disponibili.

La struttura è in un grande palazzo tenuto male, con lavori in corso che onestamente non penso finiscano in breve tempo, loro reclamizzano nel loro website una colazione che non esiste, ti consegnano un voucher per andare a mangiare un semplice cornetto in un piccolo Bar Tabacchi a 100 metri dal palazzo. Non sono stato contento della struttura e del trattamento, sicuramente non tornerò !
