We’ve stayed here at least three times and it’s been great every time. It feels much more private than a regular hotel, the rooms are great, views are wonderful and staff has always been friendly. Very clean and upgraded. Beach is right there and they have lounge chairs. Simply lovely!!

It’s an old property and renovated a bit but the room still has the musty smell. The pool is very close the rooms and kids are noisy. The overall condition is old and less than average. Be aware of resort fee and high cost daily parking. They didn’t set up the beach umbrella once when we were there. It’s overpriced and average stay.

We love Beach House Suites. The accommodations are comfortable. The staff are very friendly. It is right on the beach, which is magnificent. The fact that you have access to the Don Cesar amenities ( spa, fitness area, sauna, steam room, etc..) is a great plus

This place was exceptional. Clean. Friendly. Great amenities and location. Room was quiet, clean confortable and made for easy stay. Only downfall was room service. I ordered a breakfast and being pricey i assumed the quality woukd be better. The Don Cesar has great reputation but this breakfast wasa basic mom n pop cooked meal. Served cold in a clamshell with packets of ketchip, butter n plastic silverware. I did expect a little more. Overall it was a great experience i just went out for breakfast the 2nd morning. Great room, great views, excellent value.

We have been going to St Pete Beach for 15 years or more and I would rate this as the best hotel we have stayed at. The hotel was full but the beach was not. Fabian was great on the beach and so were both bartenders. The cleaning crew was great as well. They even hand washed dishes one day that were in the sink.
